I have had my sorento in there repeatedly over the last 6 weeks for various service requests including a hood deflector (they installed a damaged one)and a leather seat repair and a hitch installment, which weeks for various service requests including a hood deflector (they installed a damaged one)and a leather seat repair and a hitch installment, which to this day have still not been completed, for various reasons each time. Every one I have dealt with at Georgetown Kia is very friendly and happy to offer many promises, but nothing ever gets done. Today was now the 4th day my vehicle has been in the shop to have these two items correctly installed. Again, I was promised my vehicle today, but when I called Kia, I was told the service dept had gone home for the day and my vehicle was still not finished. Another promise broken; another day without my vehicle! In the short time, I have owned my Kia, I have enjoyed the vehicle, but have never experienced such dreadful customer service as I have seen from Georgetown Kia. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More

If I could rank the employees of Georgetown Kia on a scale of one to ten, they would rank a 13! I was on a budget and hadn't bought a new car for over a decade and these gentlemen worked with me will scale of one to ten, they would rank a 13! I was on a budget and hadn't bought a new car for over a decade and these gentlemen worked with me willingly, enthusiastically, and patiently. Nothing was a problem. From the moment I walked into the showroom until I drove off in my new car I was treated so very, very well. I could have gone to a dealership closer to home and I'm glad I didn't. I will definately become a repeat customer for all me service needs and I highly recommend them. More

I live in Hamilton Ontario and make the 80km drive (one way) to service my Kia with the best staff I have ever seen. They not only know me by name, but are able to exceed my expectations each and every visit. This makes it worth my while to drive in each time. I could service with 3-4 other local dealers however the staff at Georgetown Kia have always provided me with respect and fairness. I will continue to make the drive to service with the best. I will continue to recommend all my friends and family to their location. Fantastic Job Guys! Keep Up The Great Work! -David Tan 2010 Kia Forte SX Sedan. Hamilton Ontario. More

During my last routine visit a couple weeks ago I was told to expect the next service call to be costly. When I questioned Rodney, I was told that during my next visit my KIA Rondo would need the timing told to expect the next service call to be costly. When I questioned Rodney, I was told that during my next visit my KIA Rondo would need the timing belt replaced. Attempting to budget for the expense, I asked roughly what the cost would be. To my surprise, I was told to expect roughly a $1,000 repair. Ouch! That sounded extremely steep, but, I also knew that timing belts are time consuming and can be costly to replace. Upon my arrival at home, I mentioned to my husband what had been conveyed to me during my visit, and he immediately questioned the cost of the repair. He wanted a second quote, or third even, and boy am I glad he did! We contacted a few local repair shops and were told by both places that I DID NOT need to have my timing belt replaced - turns out my 4 cylinder KIA Rondo has a chain and not a belt, which means that it does not need to be replaced. I think I was more hurt at first, since I've trusted the Georgetown KIA Service dept for the last two years. Now, I'm simply furious knowing that I've been associating myself with dishonest people, and location in turn. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to Georgetown KIA for my future repairs, and instead will be taking my business to the 401 & Dixie location. They were very quick to tell me that my Rondo did not need a timing belt replaced, and that only REGULAR maintenance was required - plus they also accept my VIP card, which is a bonus! I'm very, very disappointed with the Georgetown Service Dept. Update: The Service Dept Manager, Mark contacted me immediately after I sent in this review and explained what had transpired with my last estimate. There was an oversight made by an apprentice and explained that even if I had brought my car in for service, the system would not allow the repair. I'll trust that this is actually correct, since I was informed of the same thing from a different Kia. I realize that mistakes happen and am willing to give them another chance. Mark was very reasonable, apologetic and it's obvious that he takes his job seriously. He was fair with the compensation provided and I'm appreciative that we ended in good terms. More

Let me start by saying that Chris was great to deal with in Sales and Tony was a great help when getting to an agreeable figure on my trade in. I traded in my Civic SI for a used Mazda Tribute. Great Price in Sales and Tony was a great help when getting to an agreeable figure on my trade in. I traded in my Civic SI for a used Mazda Tribute. Great Price for a great SUV. During our test drive the truck was making a small noise which we were assured on our deal in writing that this would be looked after. Once the truck was ready for pick up (which seemed to take forever due to the repairs that needed to be done) it was NOT repaired and still make the sound it made while I test drove it. That being said the plates had been changed over so now I had to drive it. On 3 occations I returned this vehicle to Kia for service to figure out what was wrong and had to get a replacement vehicle at my own cost and I also live 45min from this dealership so my time was wasted as well. I purchased the truck in August and the repair was finally completed in the beginning of November. This time I fought with Kia to get a rental at their cost which I had for two weeks while again they tried to diagnose the noise from my truck. In the end Kia took my truck to Mazda only to be told my bottom end of the engine was blown and had to be replaced! After all was said and done the truck is running ok now but what a nightmare. Kia had tried to be extremely helpful when they wanted to but I feel not enought was done by service to fix the problem originally. The sales group at the used office were great and Rodney in service was always polite but not so forth coming with information about my vehicle. I felt this dealership did not have enough employees to accomidate the work load and that the left had no idea what the right was doing. I would purchase from this dealer again :-) More
