He was very patient and spend a lot of time with me including the test drive and going over the Soul's features!! I also had the pleasure of the company of Kevin (finance) who was very pleasant and very thorough in reviewing my finance and accessories options. I made multiple visits and dealt with other very wonderful sales people as well. Even though they were not my sales guys, they still made sure I was taken care of. (Gerald and Len) I had a truly amazing experience buying my SOUL from Gtown Kia. A++ and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!! Way to go guys!!! :-) More

We received excellent service, a good trade-in on our 1999 Saturn, consideration for our two young grandchildren who were with us through the four hours we spent in test driving, weighing pros and cons and negotiating. We are thrilled with our new 2014 Rondo. WHen we discovered on returnning home that there was a small dent in the running board that was only visible at a distance, it was dealt with promptly and at no expense to us. This is the secpnd new car we have bought at Georgetown Kia. We have serviced our 2007 at the dealership consistently and we feel we have always been treated fairly. We would like to commend Brian Penner for his forthright manner. There was no pressure put on us to buy and we were given plenty of time and space to make our decision. More

We purchased our 2012 Kia Sorento in August 2012 from Georgetown Kia. It was “executive driven” and had approximately 15,100kms on it. We were hesitant on purchasing a slightly used vehicle, but Cameron, Georgetown Kia. It was “executive driven” and had approximately 15,100kms on it. We were hesitant on purchasing a slightly used vehicle, but Cameron, our salesman, assured us that the car would have a full inspection and would be handed over in perfect condition. We noticed a few imperfections on the hood and we were told that they would have it fixed before we picked it up. We went ahead with the vehicle and were told it needed to go through the inspection and get the hood fixed and they would call when it was ready. We were told to pick it up on a Friday and upon going to the dealership the hood had not been fixed. They apologized and told me to bring it back and they would have it fixed. We took the car home and on Sunday morning we had a flat tire on the front left. We called the dealership and brought the car in. We were told that we would have to pay for the tire. I asked if they could tell if it was a slow leak or not. They brought the technician out and he said that it was hard to tell for sure but it was likely a slow leak that was there previously. They still made me pay for the repair. We received a phone call from Cameron that he was going to credit our service account for the cost because they should have taken care of that for us. To this day we still have a slow leak in the tire as it was never repaired properly. After feeling like the service department was out to gouge us when we brought it in for a couple of oil changes we decided to have it serviced at a mechanic shop we trusted. At approximately 36,000kms (a couple of weeks ago) we noticed a scraping noise and so we brought it in and our mechanic said that our front brakes had seized. He said that this could happen if the car had been sitting for a long period of time. We drive the vehicle every day, with the exception of when we go on vacation so we knew that it was from when Kia had the vehicle. Our mechanic suggested we bring it to Kia to see if they would cover it under warranty. We made an appointment and brought it in and we were told the same thing, the front brakes were seized and it was caused from the vehicle sitting for a long period of time. Kia quoted us over $150 more than our mechanic to replace the front brakes and they were taking none of the blame. In addition, the fuel economy and fit and finish of the car are also well below what is acceptable. Overall the experience with Kia and the lack of quality in the vehicle is really disappointing. We were excited to give Kia a try with their promises of great quality and a wonderful warranty. Having to completely replace brakes at 36,000kms is normal wear to them, where in our Honda that has over 180,000kms we have only had to replace the front brake pads once. This is not normal wear and tear and should have been caught before we were given the vehicle if a proper inspection had been done. More

I have not purchased a car for 10 years, so while I needed to find a reliable vehicle to last as long at least as my previous one, it was equally important to find an honest and informative support to needed to find a reliable vehicle to last as long at least as my previous one, it was equally important to find an honest and informative support to guide me through the process. Last week I have found all of that at the Georgetown Kia. Cameron and Mohsin made sure that my Maxima 2011 buying experience went as smooth as possible. Cameron arranged and took me for a test drive, explained the new (to me) features of the car, very effectively completed all the required paperwork and was very patient with me answering all the many questions I had. He also filled up the car and ensured that the oil change was done, as well as the second remote control unit was ordered from and programmed by the Nissan dealership. Cameron was very friendly, helpful and motivated. At the day of the vehicle pickup, he provided me with the tour of the facilities introducing me to the employees and presented me with a gift as an appreciation of my choice of the dealership. A very nice touch indeed. Mohsin guided me through all the details of the financial options available to me, described the importance of each and provided an immediate feedback on how each warranty type affected the overall price of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Rodney was also very kind, attentive to all the notes I had and ensured the vehicle was completely ready for pickup. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I did not feel being pushed or rushed to anything. Just a very professional and honest service all the way. I would definitely recommend Georgetown Kia, and hopefully will come back to them within a year or two for purchasing a car for my daughter. Thank you! -Eugene- More

Since I needed a vehicle soon, I decided to purchase their test drive model so I could get it sooner. I also was able to get new tints put on the car and other needed accessories without any added costs. I appreciated this very much. Unfortunately, 8 weeks later the rear of my new Kia Optima incurred dent damage on the bumper while it was parked on my driveway. As I had purchased the Titanium warranty from Kia, I was under the impression it would cover it. I was wrong - the damage apparently only covers dents and dings on the door of the car. Ante, the service manager, was also unsuccessful in trying get the work approved by the third party company. I was not happy at this point, however, once I escalated the issue, I was treated like family and now my car looks newer than ever. I also want to mention that Kia's shuttle service is timely and wonderful - I highly recommend this dealership as they treat you like a friend and take your concerns or issues very seriously. A++ great job guys! More

The Team at Georgetown Kia were very helpful when I found myself in the somewhat unexpected position of purchasing a new vehicle. As a commuter, I need a reliable vehicle daily and Rodney was able to have th myself in the somewhat unexpected position of purchasing a new vehicle. As a commuter, I need a reliable vehicle daily and Rodney was able to have the Service team assess and provide the required estimate on my aging van quickly. With a brief discussion with my wife, we decided replacing the van with a new vehicle was the better option. Adrian was able to work within our tight timeline and workout a deal that was within our budget. I was driving my new Sorento off the lot less than 48 hours from when we started the purchasing process. Even after the delivery of the vehicle the staff at Georgetown Kia proceded with a follow-up on my satisfaction with my purchase and offered assisted with any questions I may have with the vehicle's features. This is the 3rd Kia I have purchased from Georgetown Kia and I've always received exceptional service. More

Since the very beginning of buying a new car from this dealership in 2012 it has been nothing but one giant headache. From initially being sold a car that was not available (without being told this) to th dealership in 2012 it has been nothing but one giant headache. From initially being sold a car that was not available (without being told this) to then having to buy a different model then originally sold (up-sell) and finding out after 6 months that the promised mileage is not even close to actual mileage do I then go in for a routine service at 25000 km to be told i have a seized brake and its not going to be covered is why I will never buy another car from this dealership and will not recommend it to anyone. The only thing going for this dealership in my experience is that they are at least friendly while they aren't listening to your needs but instead seeing dollar signs. More
