Very enjoyable experience at Georgetown Kia. Georgetown Kia 1st of all was OPEN on a Sunday. Krish our Sales Rep was very informative and new the product very well. Patryk the Business Manager wa Georgetown Kia 1st of all was OPEN on a Sunday. Krish our Sales Rep was very informative and new the product very well. Patryk the Business Manager was also very knowledgeable about his end of the deal. My wife and I were very pleased with how we, and our 11 yr old son were treated and even more pleased with the deal and car we bought! I would most certainly recommend Georgetown Kia to my Family and Friends or anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. More

Beyond AWESOME! The service guys always go above and beyond. Particularly Gordon and Rodney. Family Fun Brought my 2 yr old grandson along and the staff were fantastic - patiently put up with his running around to all the cars. A Team That Cares When our car was new there were a couple of small issues with it that caused us frustration. But the service team kept a level head and kept working o When our car was new there were a couple of small issues with it that caused us frustration. But the service team kept a level head and kept working on it until it got solved. Now every time we are in there, they're happy to see us and we feel like we are treated with respect. Everyone could have allowed the frustration of the issues to sour the experience and relationship but the very professional and understanding team prevented that from happening. And now the issues are completely solved and our car continues to run like new. They go above and beyond. Rodney and Gord are standouts for us. More

Poor customer service This is my 2nd review of this dealership as the first one sent through i received a standard response from the Car Nation Marketing team, below they m This is my 2nd review of this dealership as the first one sent through i received a standard response from the Car Nation Marketing team, below they may only change a few words around but if you look at the reviews it is the same scripted message and ask you to get in touch with the Car nation Customer Service BDC department who do not return emails so another disappointment with this organization. The dealership when i purchased the vehicle offered 3 free oil changes due to the issues upon the purchase and then Jason Brown the Sales Manager offered 3 more after learning of my disappointment through my review, when I set up an appointment for my 2nd oil change i was informed that they do not see any other complimentary ones on my file. WARNING!!!! do not be taken in by the broken promises from this dealership and their parent company Car Nation as they do not take customer service seriously or emails and reviews would be responded to in a personal manner. If Kia did send out surveys like they state in the email you recieve i am sure they would have some negative responses. Be careful of warranty work as well as i have a heated passenger seat in my Sorrento that does not function correctly and the response is that is the way it is supposed to be rather than let us look at it as it does not seem right that it s=does not function like the driver seat.
