He was patient and understanidng and Ian Kearns provided me with the most comfortable and friendly vehicle purchasing experince that I have ever had. He was patient and understanidng and appeared to be more interested in making sure I found the right vehicle for me, and was not wanting just to make another sale. He was very knowledgeable with respect to the GMC Sierra product line, and all of the available options and how one package affected the other. I do not buy a new vehicle very often, and as a result, I had many questions. This purchasing process required numerous visits to the dealership on my part, and numerous phone calls, before I was able to commit to the vehicle that I felt was right for me. Ian never once pressured me to make a decision that I was not comfortable with, and for that I am truly grateful. He remained professional and patient throughout the entire purchasing process. In my opinion, Capital GM is fortunate to have people like Ian. I hope he is still part of their staff when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, as I will be looking to deal with him in the future. I would be interested in knowing what kind of ratings some of these sales people would end up with six months after the sale. Does everyone end up with the right vehicle, or do many just end up with whatever it takes to make a sale. I know that in the end, the decision was all mine, with no heavy pressure coming from Ian. I give Ian a 10 out of 10. More
