Researched the truck I wanted,and like a trail of bread crumbs it lead me to Georgetown Kia where I met Rob , Trish and Kirk.Wished I had the budget to purchase new ,but this team made me feel I had.Two thumbs up for sure and throw in a high 5 ! It wasn't close for me ,I live in Hamilton...but I think my next vehicle will be a Georgetown just because of the sales / service /management and finance people I met More

I was dealing with meghan who I have to say was a very pleasurable, professional lady to work with! She went above her call of duty and made my first time buying from a dealership very comfortable . I have never bought from a dealership before so I was skeptical .. But meghan introduced me to her coworkers who were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Ken ,Jason, Kevin ,Rob were amazing to deal with and fun to deal with !! Trish was also very helpful, and made my first time experience with financing easy and explained any and all questions I had! I want to thank everyone at kia for making me feel like a person and respecting me and not making me feel like I was just a dollar sign. You all made me feel welcomed and when its time to purchase again I know where I will be going !! I also want to state Enzo and the mechanics were very amazing when it came to service or mechanical questions they took care of me with no hesitation . I only buy used cars, can't deal with the depreciation of a new car, but this is definitely my best experience (and I have a lot of experience). I had been looking for a Subaru Forester and found one with all of the features I wanted on their lot. I decided to test drive it and after a very positive 'drop in' experience I was motivated to buy that day. Adrian was friendly and very helpful. No pushy sales talk and treated me with respect. In the end it is about the best deal for a car in excellent condition, and I achieved more than I had anticipated. Mike helped to make it the best deal possible, and gave me more for my trade in than I would have got anywhere else. Adrian ensured everything fell into place for a smooth transition. I was surprised to find out when I picked it up that I had a new windshield because of a stone chip I did not even notice. Their attention to detail cannot be overstated. Gavin assisted me with the hand over when we were ready to trade cars, and was so gracious you would have thought he had sold me the car. I am very happy with my new car, and with the overall experience of making this decision. More

But Josh Crescini was so open and honest and sincere about taking care of our needs, we knew this was not the same as it was, the dealership had improved by leaps and bounds and we bought a new Kia Soul that night from him. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and what we needed in the car. They even threw in a little "birthday present" for me, rain guards! When it came time to talk to Kevin, again a smooth and honest process. He explained the warranty and when he found out about my commute, didn't hesitate to make it work for what we needed. We are incredibly pleased with the way things worked out and so happy with my new Kia Soul EX - Thanks guys...we'll be back in 5 years or so when it's time for another one :) More

Excellent Financing Rate/Amazing Vehicle/Great Staff Recently bought a BMW from this dealership and am very impressed with the vehicle, but even more impressed with the staff. I initially dealt Pete Ph Recently bought a BMW from this dealership and am very impressed with the vehicle, but even more impressed with the staff. I initially dealt Pete Phaunpa whom, I learned, is relatively new. Pete was very quick at responding to all my phone calls and emails. He is very young, but eager to learn, and is surrounded by very experienced and knowledgeable co-workers. They all answered my questions very quickly and honestly. I have been through some financial strain after graduating from teachers college, but they were honest, and the business manager, Trish Wilkinson, managed to get a financing rate well below what I was willing to pay. I live in Burlington, and, for the day of my pickup, was picked up -free of charge- at the front door of my condo. Throughout this whole experience, Rob Tasi, the GM, and another senior employee, Jason Brown, oversaw a lot of the process, and gave me a lot of incite and advice, so I was thankful for their help as well. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone will read this and hopefully give this place a try, because I have already suggested it to others. I have bought a new car through a large Toyota dealership, and I found this experience to be much better. The employees are prompt, personable, and yet very professional at the same time. The particular car that I bought was not on their lot to begin with (I found it on the carnationcanada.com website), but they managed to have it delivered the NEXT DAY. Thank you to this dealership, I look forward to more purchases in the future. More

Customer for life I've dealt with various dealerships before and the service I received from Gavin and Rob were phenomenal. I normally switch cars every year or so and I've dealt with various dealerships before and the service I received from Gavin and Rob were phenomenal. I normally switch cars every year or so and majority of the people in dealerships I have dealt with would basically hold me at gun point and not let me leave until they get me to purchase. I did not experience this with Rob and Gavin. They have been extremely patient and accommodating every time. (Our deal took a while because I had a lot of requests and conditions) They made sure that all my requests were meet. Even the time and day I wanted to pick up the car. If you're looking to purchase a car I would highly recommend their dealership. Great people to deal with and prices are great! I'll be going back here again for my next purchase. Thank you again for the amazing service guys! I'm your customer for life. More

Made the price sweeter for me and even added on a back up camera to meet my optional equipment expectations and seal the deal. I had an issue with a crack in the windshield after driving away that is in the process of getting fixed as I write this. Gavin and Rob are great and Trish made all the financial details go smoothly. I truly appreciate all the assistance in getting me into my new (new to me) F150. More
