Robert Tasi is the General Manager of Georgetown Kia. He has been with the dealership since 2007 first as a Sales Manager, and quickly took on the GM role as well as personal investment in the dealership. Rob’s passion for the industry and Georgetown Kia is driven by his intent desire to provide stellar Customer Service, and to always strive for above and beyond. This set of goals is what truly keeps Georgetown Kia in a class of its own. In his spare time Rob spends quality time with his family and is also an avid fisherman.

Think twice before buying a car from their used "superstore" Not sure whether this dealership pays for reviews or just simply deletes negatives ones, because their 4.7 star rating blows my mind. After buying 6 vehicles (new and used) in my lifetime, this was most definitely the worst experience. It's a run down dealership, half the cars have 15+ thousand dollar accidents on them, not to mention all of their hidden fees. Aren't dealers supposed to advertise their full amount + HST and other admin fees? From sales to management, pure garbage. No wonder everybody in Georgetown talks very poorly about them! STAY AWAY AND DRIVE ELSEWHERE! More

Zero communication + overly aggressive desperate salesman! I'm going to call a spade a spade here. DO NOT make a deal or buy from Rob Tasi at this Kia Dealership, ever. I previously traded in an SUV i loved I'm going to call a spade a spade here. DO NOT make a deal or buy from Rob Tasi at this Kia Dealership, ever. I previously traded in an SUV i loved alot hoping to make a "smarter" choice by going from my big V8 to a Honda Ridgeline. I was EXTREMELY pressured into making this deal, almost bullied to the point where even without a handshake or anything in writing, the deal was done and done in their eyes and mind. That being said, i "rolled" with it but after less then 24 hours i had massive buyers remorse. NOT even 24 hours had passed and my SUV was already headed state side to make an additional huge profit from my naive auto awareness. After practically begging this manager to help rectify and maybe find a substitute vehicle i was COMPLETELY ignored. I have 6 texts and 2 emails ALL unreplied too, proof of it. All because they had washed their hands of this sale and wanted nothing else from me or to do with me as a customer. I wont go the cursive route but if i could, this review would be 5 times worse. Shame on the mindset and ignorance of a manager who works for this pretty big auto dealership. I have already spread the word as much as my wife and i could with friends in the Georgetown and TO area to stay away, the only care about one thing, and its not the customer. RD More

So i heard from family about the dealership in Georgetown known as 'Georgetown Kia'. And I can honestly say from the first day they look into my needs, what i was looking for in a vehicle, and assured me that they provide assistance every step of the way. Sure enough they did. From financing to testing different vehicles to find the one that hit that 'sweet' spot, so to say. They found me the best rates and an affordable vehicle and even offered a great deal for the trade in of my down on its luck SUV. I was fully contacted on any changes in vehicles from financing to car-proofing. They even contacted my insurance company to make sure everything could be switched over and excepted. Overall I love my new car and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Amazing selection of vehicles and great staff. Cheers! More
