First time Toyota buyer I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Charlesglen Toyota. I actually went to buy a Highlander and fell in love with the 4Runner. My experience with this I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Charlesglen Toyota. I actually went to buy a Highlander and fell in love with the 4Runner. My experience with this dealership was mostly excellentl. Our sales guy, Michael S., was excellent and did not pressure us. The finance people were also great. The stand out person was Jim. He went over the vehicle with me before I took it home. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated the time he took to ensure I knew the basics about the vehicle. The only part I did not like was the pressure I felt from one of the managers. I was there 2 different days and met 2 different managers. The difference between them was obvious. The manager Alex, was well spoken and made me feel confident in my desision of purchasing a Toyota. However, the manager, Kim (I believe) made me feel pressured and rushed. If it wasn’t for my love for the 4Runner and the excellent experince I had with the other employees I would have went to a different Toyota dealership to purchase a vehicle. More

It was a nice change to have a no BS deal It seems every time you head back to the finance managers office they try to spring additional costs on you. This didn't happen at all at Charlesglen It seems every time you head back to the finance managers office they try to spring additional costs on you. This didn't happen at all at Charlesglen. They were upfront and honest which was a breath of fresh air. The one item that I was not happy about was all of the phone calls. A call to remind me about an appointment that I made two hours earlier for a meeting the same afternoon is just an annoyance. More
