New 2017 Rav4 -an unexpected nice ride We have always driven Toyotas and last had a Senna AWD that was great for family vacations and growing children. With 2 adults, 3 children and the dog We have always driven Toyotas and last had a Senna AWD that was great for family vacations and growing children. With 2 adults, 3 children and the dog, it gave us lots of room to packup and go on those long rides to the coast or to visit grandparents across the prairies. Now that our children are all in university, the driving vacations of the past are gone. With teary eyes this summer we traded in the Senna for a new Rav4. Teary because so many good family times were rememberd spent driving in the van together. Having driven the Rav now for about a month, I love it. Never had heated seats, a sunroof, or the automatic back door before, all great features making it a really nice ride and we love the Metalic Black Current color. The staff at Charleglen were very kind and helpful and made an effort to get us the best price with the best features for us. They helped with our trade in and finanicing. Jim helped make the transition to the vehicle by giving us the tutorial on all the new features the Rav4 has. He also helped to set up all 5 phones on the bluetooth. We look forward to many years of comfortable, safe driving and making new family memories. Thankyou Charleglen for all your excellent help and assistance with our new family member, our Rav4. More

We like the extra financial incentive of auto rewards that build up with services , purchases etc. ...which could be added, but they did have an expiry date coming up...so more incentive to buy! We ended up gambling on the new Prius hybrid ...not cheap, but hopefully fun to drive and economical in the long run. Staff dealt with were great...but could do without pressure to add on things like glazing and rustproofing at the time of settling financial accounts...good experience overall whenever we visit. More

Continuing contentment with Charlesglen Toyota I just traded in my 13 year old Sienna. That car was purchased at Charlesglen back in 2004 by my husband and I, but I was the primary driver. It took our family on many trips and gave us great memories. My late husband believed in taking care of a vehicle and Charlesglen made the servicing easy for us and me. The service personnel and the shuttle drivers all go beyond good customer service to friendly, supportive and efficient attitudes. This time, my son joined me to choose a new vehicle and our experience continued to be great. From searching with Mike Loritz in Sales to Jim helping us with the new electronics and the staff in finance, the experience was top notch. Toyota vehicles are so familiar to Charlesglen staff, but still they dealt with our questions and needs with patience and focused on serving us with excellence. Our product advisor, Tyler, answered all our question regarding the vehicle without a lot of extraneous details and at the same time gave us a lot of information regarding the operation of the vehicle and the many options available but without all the up sell hype so prevalent today. Great job Tyler. Thanks! When it came to filling out the paper work / financing Phil was more than helpful. With several years of banking experience he knows the ropes and got everything in place in timely, professional manner; the follow up call the night of the purchase to let us know we were approved and subsequent follow up calls to finalize the purchase. He even reimbursed me for the $24.00 UBER ride when I went to pick up the VENZA. Thanks Phil. Well done! When you pick up your new vehicle from Charlesglen I hope you have the pleasure of having Jim show you around the car; how the nav system works as well as the hands free communication, bluetooth and all the other functions. Some dealerships I have been in treat customers differently if you are not buying a new car, but not here - Charlesglen treats you well regardless of what type of vehicle you are buying! In particular, with the used vehicle, some issues had arisen with the engine shortly after purchase and they took care of it immediately.
