The staff was extremely professional and specifically the Product Advisor David Palozzi who went through the process with me and was great to deal with. All of the product was in fantastic condition. They pick used cars that are of great quality and well maintained. They go above and beyond when it comes to ensuring the customer is happy I bought the car because of the great condition and price, but will continue coming back for all servicing to be done by the dealership because of their level of attention to detail, dedication and their loyalty to their customers. "Great Experience" Dominic made my experience purchasing a new car (to me) very easy., he greeted me right away and made my experience the best since I walked in with a Dominic made my experience purchasing a new car (to me) very easy., he greeted me right away and made my experience the best since I walked in with a 20 year old rusted car and have never purchased a new car before. He answered all of my questions and I left very happy, I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me select my new car. I got the car I wanted and more. Peter helped ease my stress with financing since I've never financed a car before and had a little anxiety about making payments. He got me the best pricing he could which helped ease my anxiety. I left with a 2014 Honda Civic with very low mileage which was exactly what I wanted and both Dominic and Peter made that happen. More

Bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with the experience from the minute we walked in and until the day we got the keys to our car. Ziggy was our sales person and we cannot recommend him enough. Very helpful, professional, friendly, and just an all around pleasure to work with. If you're in the market for a car, go straight to Gorrud's and ask for Ziggy. You won't be disappointed. We also got to interact with the service department since there were couple of items to be checked after we got the car. Dave, the service manager, was unbelievably helpful, cordial, professional, and paid great attention to what we needed done. Can't say enough good things about Gorrud's. Thank you for the great experience all around. We will definitely be back. More

Imran was able to break down the finances of the additions for me and was not pressured to buy. I was able to make changes to the financing a day later without issue.
