I purchased a new 2017 Audi A4 back in the beginning of October of 2016 from Kaitlin and can honestly say from the moment we met, I knew I was in good I purchased a new 2017 Audi A4 back in the beginning of October of 2016 from Kaitlin and can honestly say from the moment we met, I knew I was in good hands. a bit of a background on me - I have purchased a few many cars in my life (none of which have been Audi's) so I've had my fair share of experience with salesmen and women. I've had sales people pressure me to get this and to do that all to much. Kaitlin was probably the first salesperson I have dealt with where there was not one ounce of pressure. I got to talk freely, ask any questions I had and eventually purchased the car of my dreams. She really made my car purchasing experience something I'm going to remember forever, or at least until it is overwritten by myself purchasing another Audi later on down the road. I have been back a few times since to have my car checked up on and have always been greeted by my first name and with a smile. I have always been offered a beverage and have never had to wait in a line up for an appointment or to talk to a salesperson. One huge plus for me that really made me fall in love with the dealership is that I always receive my car back cleaner than when I left it. At this point, I can honestly say that i truly feel like i am part of the Audi Family. More

Much more than I expected. I recently purchased a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI. Right from the start Taylor was great. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and worked at I recently purchased a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI. Right from the start Taylor was great. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and worked at my pace to find the right vehicle, there was no pressure. During my decision making process I compared the Q7 to BMW, Mercedes and VW. Taylor was knowledgeable and professional in assisting me in my decision. Once I decided on the Q7 we found a vehicle on an incoming shipment from Germany. Unfortunately there were weather delays that put the delivery back about 3 months. During the delay Taylor updated me regularly on the status of the shipment. When my truck showed up, Taylor was there for the delivery. Bottom line...... Taylor was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I wasn't rushed or pressured by any means just helped as if there was any amount of time. I was shown the car with lots of detail and explained any of my concerns, seeing she was well informed on this and many other cars. Jaclyn went through every bit of detail about the sales and the Crosby experience I would be receiving by dealing with Crosby which has many perks as well. Jaclyn was very pleasant and helpful even after purchasing the call, always assuring the car was treating me well and making sure Crosby was family now. I was introduced to service and all the helpful people inside. Morgan, Maddie and Katie are few from Crosby's service side that are great to meet but even easier to work with, again very pleasant and professional. Between sales and service I'm already thinking of my next Audi. Great job and will buy again and suggest anyone interested to as well. More
