This Saturday I took delivery of my brand new 2021 Audi SQ5. I ordered it back in October, and all that waiting time I was always supported by the staff - be it Martin, or Taylor - they kept me up to date SQ5. I ordered it back in October, and all that waiting time I was always supported by the staff - be it Martin, or Taylor - they kept me up to date on my order status, and when the time came to arrange for delivery, I was helped by what seemed like an entire dealership - to arrange for everything that I needed to make it happen, Susan on finance side of things, Kaitlin on delivery arrangements as well as withstanding barrage of questions from me, and all others, some of whom I don't remember by the name yet (but I promise that I will eventually). They all know me by name, which by itself speaks of their dedication to customer service - and this is my second Audi purchase through this dealership, and the reason a second one happened at all is because I felt I was well taken care of all the time I owned the first one and had it serviced exclusively at this location. I have no doubt that experience with my second Audi will be to the same high standard as it was before. It it said that service consultant is the one who sells a second car, and Steve Nolan with colleagues definitely delivered on that one. Once again, thank you all for great experience, and I hope it will only get better over time! More

Once again, Ben and the rest of the crew at KW Audi have exceeded my expectations. I just took delivery of my NEW Audi SQ7 (6th Audi from KW Audi), the extras put into the delivery and timing were second to exceeded my expectations. I had sourced other winter wheels for my SQ7 and they installed and cleaned them just as if they were OEM equipment. I picked up my RS6 last week from Crosby Audi in KW. This would be my fifth Audi in succession since 2011 and the process/experience was stellar (as always). This was a big purchase for me and KW.
