Amazing customer service from Mike Thomas and Ivan Mike Thomas was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the jeeps he was showing me. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfy and at ease while choosing the best Jeep for me He advised me on all the pros and cons of different vehicles and eventually he showed me the amazing 2019 trailhawk. I knew I wanted it and he walked me through the whole process. He then introduced me to Ivan in finance and again Ivan was also very nice and easy to talk to. He explained all my options for add ons and how the trade in works. Etc. He got me an amazing interest rate and good payment plan. Both Ivan and mike kept in touch with me through the entire process and were eager to assist me with calling my insurance and faxing info etc. They both did an amazing job and I truly am happy with Jeep. I highly recommend mike Thomas as a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman who will be there to help you pick the vehicle for you and your budget. And Ivan is also great at his job. He shopped around for the best rate and payment plan and trade in value possible. Together mike and Ivan. Got my vehicle traded in and now I have a beautiful 2019 Jeep trailhawk. I love it.
