Amazing Above and Beyond Customer Service I just purchased a 2015 Rav4 from Charlesglen. THis is my 4th Toyota and my 3rd purchase from Charlesglen. Three weeks after purchasing my vehicle ( I just purchased a 2015 Rav4 from Charlesglen. THis is my 4th Toyota and my 3rd purchase from Charlesglen. Three weeks after purchasing my vehicle (along with the Extra Care Warranty) I was taking my vehicle in for a small warranty issue and discovered I had a flat tire. I called Roadside Assistance who came out and changed the tire for me. I then drove to Charlesglen who told me they would take care of me. My tire was not repairable but my warranty covered the replacement of the tire. I was advised the same day, that they were unable to find the same tire in Alberta and were working hard to locate it. This was not because the tire was no longer sold, but because the tire was so new. At that point they did not know how long it would be until they could get the tire, so they gave me a rental vehicle until they could return my vehicle. The Service Advisor Mark, kept me constantly updated on the status of the situation, and when he went on vacation during this time, he passed my file on to the Service Manager who kept me updated. The tire supplier for Alberta had failed to order these particular tires and so a supply was expedited from Kentucky USA. After a week, I got the call that the tire had arrived and that my vehicle would be ready to pick up that day. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the Service Manager sat me down and apologized for the delay and explained clearly the situation that had occurred and how there were some lessons learned from this particular experience. He walked me to my shiny washed vehicle and thanked me for my patience. At no point was Charlesglen Toyota at fault in this situation, they went above and beyond in trying to locate a tire for my vehicle, they provided me with a rental vehicle and even paid for the gas! I would never go anywhere else. More

absolutely first class all the way. We dealt with Theresa, Kerri, Jim etc. Theresa was a wonderful knowledgeable, kind and caring lady. We had great fun in dealing with her. My son and I spoke with Ryan. He had such a professional and kind countenance. He knows his cars, Ryan then asked Hala Saaid to take us for a Test drive. HALA WAS THE ABSOLOTE person who was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling.we were in and out of the dealership over several days; and each time we returned, Hala was so patient answering all our questions. Finally we decided on the RAV4 Limited. It was a positive experience dealing with Tyler and Wil Cheng also(Finance) then Mark McQueen, went over all the bells and whistles of my new Rav4 with me. He also is very knowledge about the car and answered all my questions, I also think all Dealerships should have this service.Thanks Mark. On the whole my experience was a positive one. Hala and Ryan you both ROCK. More

Major 32,000Km Service accomplished with ease Arrived at the service centre in good time for the service which I was pre-warned when I booked it would take most of the day. As always a most friendly greeting from Mark McQueen, Senior Service Advisor. He gave me a detailed run-down on what was to be checked and/or replaced. No surprises at all when I returned at 4:00 p.m. to recover my 2013 Tacoma 4X4. Mark had adjusted a couple of the charges to reflect the true amount of time that the various checks, etc. had done for which I was very impressed and grateful. All in all an excellent experience and that means I will be returning when the next 5,000Km oil change is due. When you get treated cheerfully, professionally and fairly - why go anywhere else? More
