Spur of the moment purchase. I dropped in to see what RAV4s were available. Lorne found me an amazing car at great price and my trade-in value was excellent. Awesome Dealership! I consider myself very lucky to have been partnered with salesman Lorne Shire (although I'm sure all the sales staff are amazing). Never did I feel a I consider myself very lucky to have been partnered with salesman Lorne Shire (although I'm sure all the sales staff are amazing). Never did I feel any pressure from Lorne, in fact he encouraged me to check out and do another test drive of another make of vehicle that I was considering. He was very patient with me as I struggled with what color vehicle I thought I wanted - he took me downstairs to see the RAV4 in the colors I was thinking of, then outside to see them in natural lighting (which make a big difference) and back downstairs again until I was sure of my choice. Phil in financing was thorough and efficient. And then there's Jim! Jim was the guy who took me downstairs and presented me with my shiny new RAV4 XLE and showed me how all the features work, programmed my phone for Bluetooth, put my licence plate on, etc, etc. Jim was so much fun with his cheesy jokes, it was a pleasure to spend time with him. I was even told that I will be invited back for a 1 hour "Get to know your RAV4" session with a mechanic. How many dealerships do that?? From start to finish, Charlesglen Toyota looks after you! More

A Nice Change Charlesglen is an amazing dealership. I started bringing my car to this dealership for service and I inquired with Louise Steinke if I could meet wit Charlesglen is an amazing dealership. I started bringing my car to this dealership for service and I inquired with Louise Steinke if I could meet with someone regarding purchasing a new vehicle. She advised me that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Is so nice that they look out for your interests and don't try to sell you something you can't afford or try to sell you a better model. They actually care about what you are looking for and work with you to figure out the best way to get you what you want. I asked many questions regarding tires, different add ons, colors, extended warranty & the works, and they knew what was best for me. I dealt with Lorne Shire and he was so awesome. I find that any salesmen that I have dealt with in the past have been pushy, try to upsell, etc but not Lorne. He probed and asked questions as well on what I wanted. When I went in a few days later to sign the paperwork, Louise remembered my name, which was amazing. When it was time to sign the paperwork, I met with Alex Keong, who was so positive and very helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever as they inquire as to whether or not you are interested in obtaining extended warranty, insurance, and the other things that you may want to purchase at this point. Very happy with the service I have received with them. Keep up the great work all staff at Charlesglen!! More

I initially setup a test drive online and the process was easy to do thanks to Jonathan. So, we went the into the dealership really just wanting to test drive the 2017 Tacoma. After being there for almost 2 hours looking, driving, and talking about the truck we wanted to know the financials and how it would impact our budget. While Lorne was really friendly, knowledgeable, and personable, we wanted to take a break and go for lunch...that is when Lorne dropped the a guilt trip on us about how he makes a living. This was a momentary hiccup in the relationship, where we felt more like his commission than him trying to continue the excellent customer service with which he started. We returned from lunch and his tone again turned friendly. At the end of the day, Lorne got us everything we wanted and I believe he did provide some valuable insight into the negotiation as well as services and products. Thank you all and I look forward to my new truck! More
