When we flew to London to see/drive the vehicle she picked us up at the airport and, at the end of the inspection/purchase returned us to the airport - not an inconsiderable distance and out of her way. She was pleasant, knowledgable and professional. The financial end of the transaction was handled by Lauren Rossini who was equally professional and prepared. The vehicle was shipped to our home and this too was handled in a very competent manner by Lexus of London. More

Amazing experience !! I was car shopping for a new car, as a gift to myself for my birthday with the help of my dad. I went to other dealerships, but before that we had met I was car shopping for a new car, as a gift to myself for my birthday with the help of my dad. I went to other dealerships, but before that we had met with sue to get details about the suv’s. As my dad had purchased his first Lexus at Lexus of London, he wanted me to see what amazing cars they offer. We told her we would keep looking and maybe come back. After, going to different dealerships, I realized how much a Lexus suv would be suitable for me with all the safety features that are on the vehicle. We quickly went back to sue, and purchased a car with her. The reason why I wanted to purchase a vehicle at Lexus of London was because of Sue. Sue is soo kind and knowledgeable. I was persuaded by all the information she shared with us, and I knew I didn’t wanna go anywhere else because she really knows what she’s doing. I felt comfortable with the atmosphere and how helpful sue is. I am in love with my vehicle and soo thankful I for sue, she is amazing in sales. Thank you sue, for everything !! More

The product advisor who handled the sale Rob Ellsworth was to say the least outstanding. He took the time to educate me on the vehicle and went far and beyond what most sales associates would normally do. I was also introduced to Rob,s business associates who were also very helpful. satisfied client I purchased a Lexus 350 from Lexus of London and because I lived remotely about 7 hours away, I was somewhat apprehensive about how this would work. I I purchased a Lexus 350 from Lexus of London and because I lived remotely about 7 hours away, I was somewhat apprehensive about how this would work. I also had a vehicle to trade which they had not seen. We both did our due diligence by phone and my salesperson took my questions and responded to them very professionally. When she had to consult with a shop technician, she did so to ensure that I , the customer, was given accurate information. There was no intense sales pressure, We even changed vehicles midway during our discussions as she felt that the one I purchased was more aligned with my needs. We were also able to negotiate a fair price for my trade in based on mutual trust. Payment options were handled by their Business office and optional coverages (eg Extended Warranty) were well explained. On closing day, all papers were ready and the process took approximately 1.5 hours. Both vehicles were diligently checked over and minor issues were addressed. Their delivery person took the time to walk us through and explain the features of the vehicle, a job she obviously likes doing. She also mentioned that she will serve as an ongoing resource should we have any questions. With our salesperson 'quarterbacking' our purchase, this was an excellent purchasing experience. More

I appreciated the comprehensive walk-through of all of the vehicle's technology features prior to leaving the dealership. Having been through the purchasing process numerous times with other OEMs, I can say that they are not even in the same league as the level of service provided by Stephanie and the entire staff at Lexus of London.
