They ever covered the cost of of a synthetic oil change because they made a minor mistake installing an after-market cold air in-take, I was blown away! I can't wait to get another Ram 1500, CCJD are the only dealership I will work with. - Jeremy More

Started out sour, ended up sweet! My daughter had an experience at Capital dodge so negative from the service department it lead me to step in. She bought a 2013 Dodge Dart at Town and My daughter had an experience at Capital dodge so negative from the service department it lead me to step in. She bought a 2013 Dodge Dart at Town and Country Chrysler in Smiths Falls Ont when she graduated college. She has had one catastrophic failure after another, recall after recall! The service department at Town and country Chrysler were not helpful at all and very condescending to her. I will never go back to that dealership even though we have purchased many new Chrysler vehicles in the past from them. Fast forward to June 2016...still having transmission dash lights come on and her car acting up she ended up at capital dodge as she now resides in Ottawa. Initially they ran several diagnostic tests on it, thought they fixed the problem she paid the bill drove away and the problem continued, and continued...now I understand the mechanics were just as frustrated at this car as my daughter was but throwing parts at it to try to fix it was not the answer. I made a call to the service manager Kyle McColl he was more than willing to listen to my version and was extremely helpful in trying to get this issue solved. Next comes Brent Smith service technician extrodanaire! He went above and beyond to not only get the problem fixed but paid for by Chrysler Canada as the bill was way out of reach for my daughter. I will be eternally grateful for the service we finally received and my faith has been restored in not only humanity but Chrysler Canada and the fine mechanics at capital dodge! Excellent Service!!!! I’ve have been a customer of Capital Dodge for more than 8 years. Ryan Rodney always goes above and beyond for all my vehicle service needs. He's extr I’ve have been a customer of Capital Dodge for more than 8 years. Ryan Rodney always goes above and beyond for all my vehicle service needs. He's extremely professional, friendly and courteous but most of all knowledgeable. I can call him at any time to ask a question and he is always helpful. Ryan also keeps me informed about what is happening with my vehicle and he has even SAVED ME MONEY which is almost unheard of with a dealership service department. Recently, the A/C on my 2013 Caravan died. Normally this would be a warranty issue but we were over the 3 years or 60 000 km so I assumed I was out of luck. Expecting a huge repair bill I contacted Capital Dodge and asked for Ryan with the hopes that there might be some way to reduce the cost of the repair. I brought the van in to Capital Dodge Shop and after a carefully review diagnosing the problem, Ryan Rodney called me to inform me he had arranged for the solution to be covered by Dodge as a good will warranty offer and I will have to pay nothing!!!. I can't thank Capital Dodge enough, and Ryan Rodney in particular (of course I want to include the mechanic team) for helping me out! I was very, very impressed with the professional service and the willingness to go beyond the call of duty! Certainly made my day! Kudos to you Ryan and Team, for always being there for me!!!! I would highly recommend capital dodge and their team. More

J'ai choisi un Ram Sport, édition spéciale, lequel semble vraiment attirer l'attention sur la route. Le comportement est excellent et on s'y sent en toute sécurité. Le processus d'achat s'est déroulé de façon ouverte et professionnelle dans le cadre d'une transaction gagnant-gagnant de la part de tous y compris le management et le service des pièces et son gestionnaire ainsi que le gestionnaire attitré du contrat. Expérience donc fort agréable et sans anicroche alors que tous ont fait le maximum afin de donner satisfaction au client. Great people...great service!! Being new to the province i had to serch for a new Dodge dealership to look after my van. After a very rude conversation at another location , i decid Being new to the province i had to serch for a new Dodge dealership to look after my van. After a very rude conversation at another location , i decided to try Capital City Dodge ( despite them being further from me). Without a doubt the most friendly , professional service from start to finish. I cannot express how pleased I was. We even had to contact my previous dealership in NB to find out about a previous repair, which in the end was warrenteed. Wendy, Nick and Ryan were excellant!! Best service at a dealership I have ever had. I will make the drive to Kanata every time passing the other 2 dealerships closer to me. Thank you Capital City Dodge! More

SAFETY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS Where do we begin. .bought a 2012 Longhorn Dodge Ram at the end of July not cheap either over $30.000 plus and extended warranty.. our first truck and Where do we begin. .bought a 2012 Longhorn Dodge Ram at the end of July not cheap either over $30.000 plus and extended warranty.. our first truck and have been disappointed since..From the first time we picked it up from detailing which was horrible had to bring it in 3 times to get it cleaned and still they could not get it right.I had to pay a detailer to clean it. Had headlight issues brought it in 3 times and finally it was fixed. .and yes they did give us an oil change for free. But here is the new issue told service we had a slow leak in the tire and nothing was done. Finally took the tire off to find the sidewall had been plugged YES the inner sidewall. May I say it passed the safety at your dealer this way. But Kyle oh we could have done that or It was overlooked during the safety..ARE YOU KIDDING ME WHAT ELSE DID YOU OVER LOOK?? And are you telling me we had this done?? And by the way it's illegal to plug a side wall on a tire according to the MTO who I spoke with. I asked for the tire to be replaced but I have to pay for the second tire as you can't just replace the one. Why should I have to pay any money as customer service and safety you should look after this. Do you think I can trust my truck in the hands of your service department?? I think not! And for a dealership to not offer a free set is very wrong I did not ask for 4 tires... I will be taking my truck to have it looked at to ensure your lack of safety service has not over looked anything else since we've only had it for 7 months. The owner of this dealership needs to fix this by the looks of it we are not the only unhappy customers. Please have your vehicle safety done somewhere else before you purchase anything from this dealer as they may have over looked other issues or they may blame it on the you. More

I've always dealt with Ryan Rodney (Service Adviser) and Kyle McColl (Service Manager). Whenever I have issues with my vehicle's they always take the time to listen and make me feel at ease. When I leave my vehicle's with them I know That my car is in good hands. They address and Resolve any issue's that I may have. The service I get from both Kyle and Ryan is above and beyond what would normally be expected. And as such I would strongly recommend this dealership. More
