We want to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and understand your frustration – what started as a simple situation unfortunately escalated through a bottleneck of communication errors. We have since educated our staff on the body repair process, addressed communication issues between departments and reassessed the quality of work we trust from our body shop. In addition to the end result of completely fixing the imperfection, we also gave the client complimentary oil changes, a 3 week warranty extension to compensate for the truck being in the shop, a complimentary rental during the process, an offer to fix the door skin if the problem reoccurs and we’re going to fix a chip at no cost to their windshield at their first service appointment with us. Making our customers happy and leaving satisfied is our top priority, and we do our absolute best to rectify problems like this in a timely and understanding manner. Even with this bump in the road, in the end, the customer was excited to pick up their new Ram and drove home happy.
