Poor Service I bought a jeep in February from this place, recently I found that the soft top has tears that I was not informed of at the time of purchase and this I bought a jeep in February from this place, recently I found that the soft top has tears that I was not informed of at the time of purchase and this dealership was unwilling to even try to get BEST-TOP to warranty it for me, all they said is that its "damage not a defect" and not even willing to ATTEMPT to get warranty for me. I feel this is poor service, especially when I went to a dodge dealer in NWO and dodge THEMSELVES was willing to replace the top for me and did send me a new one after seeing the pics. Unfortunately the top dodge sent was a factory model and isn't the same model as the upgraded BEST-TOP that was sold with my jeep. Dodge told me to come back to capital dodge to get them to warranty it with BEST-TOP nut like I said they are unwilling to even TRY! pissed off customer. $50, 000 for a jeep and cant even take the roof off! What a Joke! More

So after reading all of them I w Jacking up an Abarth is no easy job. In fact there are articles about this subject containing warnings and solutions. So after reading all of them I was more confused than before I started. I wanted to jack up the car to clean behind the mag wheels, wheel wells and underneath the car. So I purchased a jack and stands and called Kyle for help. He offered his time so I drove down to Capital Dodge to meet with him. He was dressed in a dress shirt (white) and tie but did not hesitate to jump down on his belly to look underneath and provide me with all the instructions I needed to safely jack up my Abarth without damaging the side panels. Quite frankly, if I was in my dress shirt and tie, you would have to be one special person to get me on the dirty ground like that. So this goes to show you how special you are when dealing with Kyle McColl, Service Manager! Last year Kyle spent a half hour explaining to me the best way to store my car for the winter addressing tires and so on. More

She optimizes the brand both in personal aura and knowledge. She makes you feel the passion of the Italian car experience. No amount of money or training can instill that into a brand representative. Matt reminds me of the great soccer player of old, Platini - a play maker who seems to float through the dealership and ensure all is in good order. The entire service team are wonderful - cheerful, courteous and kind - and that emanates from the service manager who is a wonderful fellow. Of course it all starts from the very top and trickles through the organization. Thank you Mr. Durrell - you are a gentleman! More

Capital Dodge has Integrity! I was looking for the nationally advertised price for a RAM 1500 truck and after a very disappointing initial visit to another Chrysler/Dodge dealersh I was looking for the nationally advertised price for a RAM 1500 truck and after a very disappointing initial visit to another Chrysler/Dodge dealership, Capital Dodge and specifically Andréanne Budd was able to come through with a truck at the advertised price. My hat is off to them! More

Poor Customer Service and Sub Par Quality for Repairs My husband and I bought a new RAM from this dealership with a slight defect in the door. A condition of the sale was that the door was to be replaced, My husband and I bought a new RAM from this dealership with a slight defect in the door. A condition of the sale was that the door was to be replaced, not repaired. The truck came back and the door was not replaced but rather repaired AND part of the car was repainted (not part of the deal and not disclosed), and it was not painted well. There were grains that looked like trapped dust particles in under the paint. My husband called the supplier in charge of repairs and when asked about the trapped grains her response was "Capital Dodge wanted it back before Saturday so we didn't have time to polish out the rough spots". This was after I had told the sales rep not to rush it and that we did not have to have it by the Saturday. So we sent it back for the door to be replaced. Two weeks later it comes back with the door replaced (fine) AND a scratch on the window AND air bubbles trapped in the casing of the rubberized window frame. So the car needs to go back for repairs for a third time. The most disheartening thing about all of this was the customer service and the sub par supplier that they deal with for repairs. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. They can sell you a good truck at a fair price, however, they are not set up to solve problems that involve more than one step nor communicate effectively between other members of their team/suppliers or with their customers. The customer care manager talks too much and doesn't listen enough and the sales rep made promises that he really didn't know about. We will be deterring others from this dealership. More
