took my 2018 HD2500 6.6 diesel pickup in for a vibration between 60 and 80, they told me it was front calipers and told around 576 to fix it when it was all done 876 and change. I left the dealership and still had vibration talked to Ann in service next day and told her and Kyla was calling me back, it has been 3 weeks and nothing so I fixed it old school and actually look at the truck put in 2 CV shafts and problems gone I would not recommend there service dept to anybody. More

On my last visit, I mentioned that there was loose moulding on one of the back doors. Kyla took note and said she would order it and contact me when it arrived to have it installed. Three to four week moulding on one of the back doors. Kyla took note and said she would order it and contact me when it arrived to have it installed. Three to four weeks passed and I assumed she had forgotten but then the next day she called to set up a date and time to have the work completed. All went well and the repair was done in record time.
