There was a delay at meeting my 11am appointment time . While i left my car at 11am ,upon return ar 12.30 ,my car had not gone into the shop yet . When i asked why , Kyla the service rep immmediately inve While i left my car at 11am ,upon return ar 12.30 ,my car had not gone into the shop yet . When i asked why , Kyla the service rep immmediately investigated and found problem . Without hesitaton and without me asking she immediately offered me a loaner vehicle and had same brought to the service bay asap . She advise me ,that she woukd phone when my vehicle was ready later that day and i could go off and attend to my other appointments . I was most impressed on her very quick response and very appreciative .. Kudos to Kyla and many thanks Sincerely Brian Wilson More
