New Adventures with Camry XLE I happened to visit this location after work and I was greeted by the very friendly sales manager, who guided me to a very knowledgeable sales special I happened to visit this location after work and I was greeted by the very friendly sales manager, who guided me to a very knowledgeable sales specialist. I told Justin about an upcoming life change/move and we bonded as he had done something very similar in his past. Justin was very understanding of what I was looking for and presented many helpful solutions. After a many test drives, and two weeks of dealership visits, the end result was a shiny Camry XLE. Justin had ensured all the details were taken care of, and made sure the car was in showroom condition upon delivery. He had treated the car as if it was his own 4Runner. He was extremely positive, fun, and full of supportive energy/attitude. His ability to understand and support my decisions were admirable. After the decision was made, Alice provided top notch friendliness and quality financial work! Any other staff member ensured I was happy, including high fives from Justin's friendly brother, and the sales manager. Highly recommend this location for all friendly staff, selection, and premium feel to the facilities. Over a period of weeks and after visiting 5 "excellent" Toyota Dealers reasonably local to me to test drive and ultimately to purchase a new Toyota, almost on a spur of the moment whim I decided to drop-in to "Toyota On The Park," it being close to where I was that day. Right away, there is something is very different going on at this Dealership, and obviously for the better. From the moment you walk in, being warmly welcomed by "Management" (Jure) who got to my needs right away bypassing all the baloney and then introducing me to Justin (new car rep). Justin was extremely approachable, knowledgeable and sincere. He answered all the questions I asked and alertly picked up and answered everthing of subtle mention, be it good, bad or indifferent during our test drive. There was never any pressure. It was all about meeting my needs and expectations. All of which were greatly exceeded. > Thank you kindly! With out question a most throughly enjoyable new car experience, purchase and trade-in. "Toyota On The Park" is many kilometers away from where I live. But this Dealership is in a class by itself and so are all it's staff. They are the best salesman and finance manager in Canada, let me tell you why, first they will provide all the info needed to know to choose a vehicle, but they never pressure you to make any instant decision! Once you decide, they will be there to help you and give 120 percent to work everything out for you! Buying a bran new car is just like ordering s cup of coffee online, then you just pick it up! No stress, just simplicity! Isn't it amazing? They are so welcoming, professional, humble and humorous! Love to do business with them! What a lively teamwork! Someone should change the rating system, 5 stars and scores of 10 is not enough for people like them! I want 100 stars and scores! Everyone was so attentive to our inquiries and all details of the purchase were explained to us clearly and in language that we would understand ~ no seller jargon!! From the minute I entered and was greeted by the manager, there was no pressure but only presented with options. Conrad Praamsma, my sales consultant, walked me through the models, features, performance, pricing, and was upfront how they all varied - based on my budget. But moreover, told me to take my time to think about it. What I got from that was not the typical sales tactics. He was professional, detailed and knowledgeable about the products and my needs. So, I thought about it, went back and signed the deal. Will be back for my fourth Toyota. More
