From the car presentation (2014 Toyota Highlander), the negociation, closing deal, the information provided during the time before the car delivery, the detailled (2 hours) explanations provided at the car delivery. After getting the car he called me to make sure that everything is fine. Jure scheduled a meeting at 1500km to provide more explanations for this sophisticated car. This is just incredible. At the car reception Aaron Buck the general manager came to me and at my request added a note to the contract. Nancy Sofianidis provided the payment flexibility, and a great service. I just had the best car buying experience at Toyota on the Park. Buying a new car is always something I dread because I find it to be a long painful process. This time was the complete opposite. As soon a the Park. Buying a new car is always something I dread because I find it to be a long painful process. This time was the complete opposite. As soon as I met Jure Rossini I was immediately relaxed and could tell I would be well assisted purchasing a car. I was returning a leased car with lots of extra kilometres on it and knew I would be paying a lot in extra fees. Jure listened to my situation and came up with an affordable easy plan to return my car and allow me to leave with a brand new one. The exact car I wanted. He sorted out all the details and clearly communicated to me exactly what I needed to do to prepare my car for return and leave with my new one. Jure also spent a lot of time with me explaining, in detail, all the features of the car and how to get the most of it. He answered all my questions, which I had a lot of. He also re-assured me that he would be available anytime to assist me with any other questions I had about my new car. When I think back about how much time he spent with me it was at least four times more than any other car salesman has spent with me in the past. Jure is excellent at his job and was such a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs a Toyota. Let alone, any car. I would follow him to any dealership he works at. More
