I bro I am disappointed with my last visit to Toyota town. I left massages with Service Manager and General Manager with no respond from any of them. I brought my car to service to leave with missing bolts on my wheels. I almost lost control of my car and risk my life. I went back to service to correct it, and they did. I have tried to contact anyone in management with no success. I have been servicing my 2 vehicles for 10 years. I am sad to see how the service become. in conclusion, do not take your car to change tires at Toyota town and make sure you do a safety check before you leave their Service. More

Best car buying experience ever! I having been dealing exclusively with ToyotaTown since 1989 and I have always been treated with the utmost care, concern and professionalism. Before I having been dealing exclusively with ToyotaTown since 1989 and I have always been treated with the utmost care, concern and professionalism. Before ToyotaTown I had dealt with an assortment of dealers, but once I discovered ToyotaTown I never wanted to go anywhere else. I just purchased a C-HR which has many unfamiliar features. My salesman, Sean O Grady, was so helpful explaining all the new bells and whistles with great patience--exactly what I needed! Thanks to all the good folks there. More

The Toyota Town service department WILL do everything they can to trick unknowledgeable customers into paying for unessential services, through the use of fraudulent means. On Wednesday, December 14, 2016, I took my 2015 Toyota Corolla (purchased at Toyota Town in London, Ontario) for a routine oil change. During the course of my vehicle being serviced, I was approached by a female (Amanda Krug) from the service department. She walked up to me with 2 filters in her hand. The cabin air filter, and another air filter. Both filters were OEM Toyota filters and were grey and very dirty. She indicated that these are the filters out of my car, and the they need to replace them at a cost of about $100. I asked her if she was sure that those were the filters from my vehicle 3 times. Each time, she insisted, replying yes, they were the filters from my vehicle. I then went onto tell her that I put in a brand new filter (that is a completely different brand than the ones she brought to show me) into my car the day before this service appointment, and the other air filter was still quite clean, and in good condition. At which point, she was in complete shock, and didn’t know how to reply. Afterwards, I spoke to the manager (John Rossini), who stated that it was a mistake and that the filters were from a different car… the real mistake was that you tried to defraud the wrong person and that you got caught. The service attendant came right from the shop towards me holding what she claimed to be my filters. I asked her 3 times if she was sure they were from my vehicle and she said yes. There is no doubt in my mind that this was not a mistake, and the service department at Toyota Town knew exactly what they were doing. How can a dealership have the audacity to come up to a customer, try and convince them that their air filter is old, dirty, and in need of replacement, by being shown someone else’s air filter (or probably one they keep on hand and show every customer who comes in for a service appointment), and convince them that they need to pay extra to have it replaced? I’m appalled by the service I received, but also at the fact that I was treated like a complete idiot. It is unfortunate that the service department tries to make an extra buck by way of making false claims and using scare tactics on unknowledgeable customers. Consumer fraud at its finest folks. I have been a loyal and longtime Toyota customer, and I can definitively say that I will never consider purchasing another vehicle, or servicing my vehicle at Toyota Town every again. Signed, RR More

I specifically sought out Shawn Longworth again this time as our first purchase 4 years ago went so smoothly. Shawn knows his vehicles, is not pushy and answers all questions without hesitation seeking answers promptly if he is unsure of the answer. Dealing with Shawn Longworth is fun and relaxing yet professional. Many salespeople do not remember their clients shortly after the transaction but Shawn remembers me every time I am in for scheduled service/maintenance and will spend time "checking in" on how things are going with the car. I highly recommend seeking out Shawn for you next vehicle purchase/lease. More

John The Service Department at Toyotatown London is the reason I and my family members have been dealing with this dealership for the last 18 years. John Rossini and his staff provide customer service that is second to none. The service department consistently encompasses the three practices most important to a customer~~efficiency ~ knowledge~ and trustworthiness. From the first moment you enter the garage to drop your vehicle, you are greeted with the staff that you have come to know over the years. The longevity of staff members itself speaks to employee loyalty. A rarity in customer service oriented businesses. The shuttle drivers are pleasant and courteous. Upon leaving, the cashiers always itemize your bill thoroughly with you should you have any questions or concerns, then off I go with a freshly washed vehicle. I love the Toyota product, but what keeps me a longtime customer is the stellar service that epitomizes this dealership. More

Staying Power I've owned Toyotas since 1989. In general with the exception of one incident, I would say I have had no service problems over those years. Initially I've owned Toyotas since 1989. In general with the exception of one incident, I would say I have had no service problems over those years. Initially, I felt when the dealership expanded to the larger location, it had lost the personal touch, however, I believe they have worked hard to continue their excellent customer service. Another point to note is, there are several employees still with this dealership that were there when I bought my first Toyota, including my sales rep! I think that says something about the company.
