Hi Mr. Rokicki, thank you for the feedback provided. We always strive to provide a positive experience for all of our customers, which is noticed through our positive online reviews from many customers. Regarding your review below, we apologize for failing to meet your expectations with what I believe to be as an honest mistake based on the email from Brittany to me regarding what transpired. Below is a copy of her response; Hi Mark, At the time I had 2 2014 Corollas on my hoist, one white and one blue. I brought the customer the filters from the blue 2014 Corolla I had on the hoist at the time. He asked me if they were the filters from the car, in which I responded yes. He then told me he has just replaced the cabin air filter the previous day, which surprised me. I looked at the paperwork and realized Mr. Rokicki’s car was the white Corolla, and I had the filters from the blue Corolla. I then apologized saying I was sorry and that I had grabbed the filters from the other car and that I was sorry and that the tech was recommending his engine air filter for his car, but not the cabin; and that I would bring him that right away. He then got very argumentative and said I was frauding him and trying to steal his money and sell him something he didn’t need. I again apologized many times saying I made a mistake and that they were not his filters and that I would bring him his. He told me he wasn’t changing the filter because he knew it was fine, and I apologized and left. After I spoke to the correct customer, I returned to Mr. Rokicki and brought him his engine air filter. I said I know you don’t want to replace this, but I just wanted to show you the filter so you could see how dirty the filter was. He just laughed at me and told me I was lying. I came up behind the cashiers to make sure both of my customers were being cashed out and I overheard him speaking to Ashley, saying I was a liar and trying to steal his money. I came over to Ashley’s cash desk and spoke to Mr. Rokicki. I again apologized for making a mistake, and I said I already apologized to you for making a mistake, I am very sorry, but I did come out and show you your correct filter after. He argued that was not his filter either and I was just trying to steal his money. Ashley and I asked if he would like to speak to a manager and he said yes. I explained everything to John and he then spoke to the customer.
