Gord Braithwaite met us at the door and after listening to our questions took us straight to the car I bought that same day. He showed us around the dealership, explained their services, the rewards of being part of the Charlesglen Family and made us feel valued. Wil in the finance department was a real pleasure to deal with and when I picked the car up the next day, Jim went over all the features of the car so there were no questions as to how anything worked. He even took my picture in front of my clean and detailed car! I would recommend this dealership to anyone - everyone was considerate, experienced, knowledgeable and sincere. More

All details were laid out without even asking for them, by the salespeople and financial adviser. Nobody was pushy and everyone treated us like family. I got an outstanding deal on extended warranty, even though my car was used. Presentation of the car was excellent. Finance was very thorough and transparent.
