Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. Gwen is fantastic, After our first purchased we knew we would be coming back to buy our next car from her. Gwen is very friendly, kind she is very helpful answers anything we need to know. She helps us with our decision that is best for us not just to make a sale. Never feel pressured. She even takes time out to greet us when we come for an oil change when she sees us. Beyond our hopes Upon arrival we asked at the welcome desk for an older, experienced associate to meet with us. Soon, Gwen came to meet us, and instantly we both felt a sense of trust and friendship to and from her. She was calm, a good listener, paid attention to what is important to us, considerate, and a straight shooter. She allowed us to move at our speed rather than hers, and is gifted in demonstrating respect. She offered her opinions along the way, and did not push. The ease we felt allowed us to reach for a higher price version of RAV4. Even though we came in to see the Corolla, we did not feel any pressure to test drive the RAV4 We expect to work out the best financial plan, and purchase as soon as the vehicle arrives..
