Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. A while ago we were looking to replace a car and visited a few dealers. When we visited ToyotaTown, we dealt with Gwen. Although we didn't buy a Toyota at that time, we were impressed with Gwen's easy no pr a few dealers. When we visited ToyotaTown, we dealt with Gwen. Although we didn't buy a Toyota at that time, we were impressed with Gwen's easy no pressure manner. So when the time came to replace our other old car, we looked up Gwen. This time we bought a Toyota and we couldn't be more pleased with the transaction. Gwen is professional and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. We felt no pressure whatsoever and got the car at a fair price. Gwen introduced us to parts people and service people and everyone at the dealership was so friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Gwen and ToyotaTown to anyone. More
