I originally used an Email link to ask a question. I got a very quick response. I was scheduled an appointment. I had found some cars I was interested on the Toyota.ca website. When I arrived the receptionist was friendly, then I was introduced to a representative. Gwen Jones was awesome (REP). She listened to what I wanted and although they didn't have what I wanted at the time she contacted me within a few weeks with what I wanted and a few options around those parameters. Gwen was not pushy or argumentative, which I appreciate. I found her to be trustworthy. I'm not in the habit of car shopping at dealerships. I guess there is the perception that they'll tell you anything you want to hear, and that they are over-priced. Well I guess time will tell whether I made a good purchase; but so far so good. I would recommend Gwen if you're looking for a car. She has a good sense of humour, listens to what you're looking for, and delivers. Well done Gwen. More

Although we didn't buy a Toyota at that time, we were impressed with Gwen's easy no pr a few dealers. When we visited ToyotaTown, we dealt with Gwen. Although we didn't buy a Toyota at that time, we were impressed with Gwen's easy no pressure manner. So when the time came to replace our other old car, we looked up Gwen. This time we bought a Toyota and we couldn't be more pleased with the transaction. Gwen is professional and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. We felt no pressure whatsoever and got the car at a fair price. Gwen introduced us to parts people and service people and everyone at the dealership was so friendly.
