She made sure not only to cross her “T’s” and dot her “i’s”, Gwen Jones made the experience of picking up my new car smooth, easy and uncomplicated. She made sure not only to cross her “T’s” and dot her “i’s”, she made sure I did th same on my end. She took the time to explain to my daughter with a newly acquired licence how road side assistance works and provided a pamphlet on what to do in case of an accident. She was happy to answer all our questions then followed up with an email to make sure I made it home okay. That was extremely considerate.
