She made sure not only to cross her “T’s” and dot her “i’s”, Gwen Jones made the experience of picking up my new car smooth, easy and uncomplicated. She made sure not only to cross her “T’s” and dot her “i’s”, she made sure I did th same on my end. She took the time to explain to my daughter with a newly acquired licence how road side assistance works and provided a pamphlet on what to do in case of an accident. She was happy to answer all our questions then followed up with an email to make sure I made it home okay. That was extremely considerate. Happy Campers! We had been planning to purchase a RAV4 Trail at some point before we retired and when my husband's car was written off recently (no one was hurt), it We had been planning to purchase a RAV4 Trail at some point before we retired and when my husband's car was written off recently (no one was hurt), it seemed like the right time. We sent out a request for recommendations on social media, and Gwen Jones at ToyotaTown was recommended by two friends. We searched ToyotaTown's inventory and made an appointment with Gwen. She found a RAV4 Trail that had just arrived and really appealed to us in terms of the esthetics and the features. She answered all of our questions and helped us outfit it so that it would suit our primitive but pampered camping lifestyle. When we arrived to pick up our Trail, all of our add-ons were installed and it looked amazing. Gwen took the time to give us the tour of the shop and our new vehicle to demonstrate all of the features. We really liked her energy, patience and genuineness.
