Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. Very Happy Decided to switch to Toyota's after having poor durability issues with my previous models. I contacted them via email, got a quick reply with a quote, brochure and offer to help further. Set up an appointment and spent less than an hour selecting the model that matched our requirements and filling out all the paperwork. Picked up the vehicle and it was spotless, all the upgrades I purchased were complete and I was in an out in about 30 minutes. Very professional and efficient assistance. Looking forward to being a longtime customer. More

When one enters this dealership, it is very evident that those who work there CARE!
