Met with Graham Townsend and we went over everything that I wanted in the new one. We had to order it. Graham was great working tirelessly to get me the price I wanted. They also helped us with a Fiesta we purchased elsewhere and were having issues with. Told me to bring it in to their service department and after multiple visits to local dealer and them saying nothing was wrong, Erinwood took it for drive, recognized there was an issue and fixed it! AMAZING, I will recommend anyone and everyone to stop in at this dealership, Truely a class act! More

It should be noted that several other salespeople (Martin and Wes) were very helpful and helped out when Graham was busy. They all really do work well together and have cultivated an unpressured atmosphere that allowed us to make decisions at our own pace. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend others to go to see Graham and the team at Erinwood their if they are even interested in any Ford products. More
