I had to get the oil changed at the Ford dealership in Naples Florida as it hit the mileage mark. Erinwood is head and shoulders above those guys, who weren't bad but don't lay a glove on Erinwood. In 2013 I searched everywhere for the best deal on a 2013 Ford Mustang and I finally found it at Erinwood Ford, thanks to their sales person Victor Chacon, who was very knowledgeable on the car and professional as well. He treated me with respect, patience and kindness, traits you don't usually see in Auto sales people these days, who just want to make quick sale and never get in touch with you again, after your purchase. My Story- After undergoing a severe health risk- battle with cancer in 2011, my wife encouraged me to start looking for my dream car, a 2013 Ford Mustang. I searched everywhere, at dealers all over the GTA, even neighbours that actually worked at Ford dealerships and were aware of personal circumstance-eventually I finally found Erinwood Ford and got the best deal with Victor Charcon, one of their Top Sales advisors. 3 Years later, I still love my Mustang, and it has won awards at local Ford Mustang shows, but now I'm in the market for a 2016, and guess where I'm going and who I'm seeing - thats right Victor Chacon at Erinwood Ford. As for the service department, I don't think I have ever seen a more professional and efficient department. They have always got me in on time addressed any concerns I had and resolved them quickly, and had me on my way. Thanks to Shawn Moon and his team. Do you hear what I hear Had appointment for installation of winter tires/wheels and to have passenger door wind/road noise checked on our 2015 Ford Escape. Mentioned to the service advisor(Gillian) of a hissing type noise also, coming from the interior and if it also could be looked at while they had the vehicle. Was not expecting much to be done with these noise issues other than "we could not hear anything" line. Gillian called to say they had found and fixed both noise issues. Thanks for taking the time to look into and actually repair these issues. More
