My gripe and the reason for 4 stars is related to recent marketing campaigns by the dealership. I'm turned off by letters that are designed to look personalized when they really aren't. I sent a thoughtful and comprehensive letter to the manager and didn't get a response. Despite that, Dave will continue to be my go to guy! More
