We have leased several vehicles from Lexus of London for close to 20 years. The sales and service department have been exemplary. Rick Watson was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. Brendan Gillespie delivered and explained all the new features with patience and understanding. We would also like to mention a few weeks ago with our previous Lexus we experienced a flat tire away from home on a weekend and were left without a vehicle. We were very impressed with Chris Pinelli and the Lexus of London team for sorting this unfortunate situation swiftly and professionally. More

Very very poor communication from the service advisor and ability to supply parts required for the repair. Romeo (and the techs) was incredibly helpful and patient as I relayed to him the occasional issue with my onboard screen and he made the time to take a look and help resolve it.
