Capital has been a great dealer to do business with during both of my truck purchases in the last two years. The first truck had a fairly pain free negotiation, no high pressure sales tactics and a kno during both of my truck purchases in the last two years. The first truck had a fairly pain free negotiation, no high pressure sales tactics and a knowledgeable advisor not only about capitals available makes and models but also about competing makes and models and the benefits and disadvantages each one has; I was able to get the truck I wanted at a rate and payment that was amenable to both parties (when negotiations seemed to stall my salesman simply asked “where is it you need to be to be comfortable with this purchase” and came back with a number as close as he could reasonably be expected to get to it. Luckily, I was informed for my second purchase that my company had access to preferred pricing, and that there was really no room for negotiation as if the dealer had overcharged me for my vehicle, they would need to return the additional charged as “preferred pricing is only slightly “worse” then the GM employee pricing.
