I had a really hard time with some of the dealerships in Edmonton; the sales people were pushy; they treated me like I didn't know what I was looking for when I knew exactly what I needed, and some of them simply made me feel like an idiot. I was almost completely fed up until I found the team at Leduc Chrysler. Brad and his team were amazing! They treated me with kindness and dignity. Taking my Mazda3 for a test drive with Brad was like riding in the car with a friend; he asked me about my job and my hobbies; he told me about the car and even shared a little about his own adventures in Edmonton. It was an amazing experience. When I finally bought the car, there were some snags in the sale due to the previous owner of the vehicle I was trading in. Natalia in the finance department was as equally amazing as Brad. She worked with me through the whole process with patience and dignity. I never felt rushed or pushed to purchase something I didn't feel like I needed. My experience at Chrysler Leduc was over the top amazing. I'll need a new car in about 3-4 years, and I can guarantee you that I'll be heading to Leduc Chrysler for my next car purchase. Because they treat their customers like family.
