The sales person (Ryan) and manager made sure we we comfortable in the lounge area with beverages and checked in with us every few minutes to see if we needed anything and update us on the wait time. Prior to that Ryan answered all my questions and the some about the Escape I was purchasing. He took the time to chat with us and find out exactly what our needs and wants were. This is the first brand new vehicle I've ever purchased and I never felt pressured or rushed even though they were so busy that day. When we came back to pick it on Monday after having the inside detailed they helped me sync the cars Bluetooth to my phone and walked me through all the satellite features and made sure that i was 100% comfortable. I will definitely recommend Capitol Ford to my family and friends. Even the staff that were not dealing with us directly were great and made us feel welcome. More
