I was in the position of needing a new car but not really wanting a new car, and the sales team at Capital really helped me find the best car for me. Scott Strassburger was patient and helpful through every step of the process. I would easily recommend Capital Ford. The dealership is nice. Awesome experience I gave Capital 5 stars because it really was an awesome experience. My salesperson helped me find the exact vehicle i was looking. He didnt oversell or push me into a vehicle that i didn't want. Then the finance department helped me make it happen. They tailered the service plan, warranty and payments to fit exactly to my needs. Initially we weren’t sure what we wanted to do and the salespeople were very knowledgeable and provided plen Very helpful in all aspects of the sale. Initially we weren’t sure what we wanted to do and the salespeople were very knowledgeable and provided plenty of assistance. The transaction was quick, efficient and our new MKC was detailed to showroom perfection upon delivery and the salesman spent all the time necessary going over the many options. All staff in the showroom were very cheerful and always asked if they could be of assistance. It was a great experience and we are definitely recommending Capital Ford Lincoln to family and friends!
