It was my first visit to Paul Sadlon. I currently live in Stroud so it's a bit of a long drive. Service was great and Brenda was very nice. Only issue I had was that my online booking was refused and ca in Stroud so it's a bit of a long drive. Service was great and Brenda was very nice. Only issue I had was that my online booking was refused and cancelled as they claimed I was an outsider to Simcoe county and they would not accept me as a new client. I moved 2 years ago but somehow they got my old data, maybe from where I purchased the vehicle, but didn't even ask me to validate my current address... just closed the door. It took some convincing to allow me to book my service. Started off on the wrong foot but ended on a high note More

Quick and efficient - as welcoming as possible during the current COVID lockdown. Service was completed in much less time than estimated. All staff (particularly the two shuttle drivers) pleasant - sure se current COVID lockdown. Service was completed in much less time than estimated. I had damage done to my car on my previous service repair. Brenda took care of it right away. She ordered the part right away and booked me in after the holiday. Happy with her service. repair. I had a Christmas tree of lights appear 72 hours ago. Tried to make an appointment on line with the app and Chad told me the earliest appointment was January 11. I called, spoke with Brenda (ex 207) wh Tried to make an appointment on line with the app and Chad told me the earliest appointment was January 11. I called, spoke with Brenda (ex 207) who was able to get me in within 24 hours which was 13 days sooner. The bill was less than expected and the time was given was accurate. I was a bit disappointed in the service engine light soon required a wire trace to replace it and no estimate could be given. This is a fault at the production level I understand and nothing the dealer can do even though I was able to describe the exact symptoms of the moment it came on. Poor design if the cost might be $200 to trace (minimum) and as high as $1000 just to track down a broken wire. More
