Brad Macdonald paid attention to what I wanted and gave me the best deal for what I could afford. It was quick and easy and I never once felt pressured to buy what I didn’t want. Natalia Sotnikova walked me through financing and was very helpful and honest. She took her time explaining what my options were. When I came to pick up my Jeep Christina Randell ensured I was happy with my purchase and customer service. She went through all the options in my Jeep and even assisted me with pairing my phone! Brad Macdonald came out to greet me as well and I really felt like one of the family! I was revisited with a few emails to ensure I was happy with the service shortly after. Best car shopping ive had in my 45 years of driving We dealt with Brad Macdonald the sales manager he was great brought the car to our house so we could test drive it and we live in Londonderry. There was no xxxxxxxx he took a picture of our trade phoned me the next with the exact price that I was looking for our trade and we hadn't even discussed it. We arrived at the dealership to no surprises of a filing fee or nothing else the price he said was the price we paid. It was a very nice change from are last car shopping trip. We were in and out of dealership in less than a hour and we would have stayed as everyone was super friendly. We will be back.
