We would certainly suggest Southbank Dodge Chrysler Ltd. to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Pierre-Nicholas Glauninger is a very knowledgeable salesman, he told us all about the functions and abilities of the vehicle and his ability to help us understand them was seamless. Between Pierre-Nicholas and sales manager Bill Morrison, who worked with us with utmost professionalism and friendliness, our sales experience was so relaxed, we were super pleased. Christopher Desjardins was so very friendly and helpful with the final phase of the purchasing our Cherokee. With a wealth of knowledge about the options of possible protections and guidance with financing we signed on the dotted line with a true smile upon our faces. More

Just an amazing team work I came in with a need and a budget. Stan Noble, our Sales Representative, really worked hard to get us what we needed. He concerted with his team and finally zoomed in on THE vehicle we needed for our family of 6. A brand new Dodge Grand Caravan Black Top Edition. I have looked at quite a few vehicles before but was never 100% sure, did not get the WOW factor. Well, Stan did it. It has been a few months now and we really are proud of our vehicle, and proud of our dealer. More

Great experience, the benchmark for car dealers We showed up on a lark because we had just been frustrated with a competitor brand of HD truck, and really liked a sales rep we had purchased a Jeep f We showed up on a lark because we had just been frustrated with a competitor brand of HD truck, and really liked a sales rep we had purchased a Jeep from the year before (Armando). We initially talked to one junior salesman and sales manager Bruce - and after talking about our experience, what we wanted, and what was still on the lot, Bruce knew the exact Ram HD truck we wanted (but had not clearly articulated) was at a tent sale going on. He called ahead and arranged for our favourite sales rep Armando to meet us and for that truck to be ready for a test drive when we arrived. Armando ended up being with a customer by the time we got there but he had arranged for another sales rep (Moe) we liked quite as much. Negotiation was fairly painless (even with some pretty tough numbers and asks from our end) and Bill M and Patrick finally made an offer we couldn't refuse. Dan B. (the F & I) completed the smooth experience and the feeling we were getting strong advice to meet our needs. From then to delivery Dan answered every question big and small with a smile and a joke, and on delivery day ... well I'm sure there were hiccups but between Armando and Dan I sure don't remember them. I do know that for the second deal in a row I texted Armando when he was not working but he helped me like he does it all the time. Even salespeople and managers that were not directly involved in my transaction but were at the tent sale were friendly and helpful. On delivery day I even appeared out of the blue in front of Dean in Service for a maintenance schedule with current prices so he spent ten or fifteen minutes making one up for me. My next vehicle will come from them if FCA can meet my needs. FYI I would also recommend 417RV for the same reasons if anyone was looking for a camping trailer - same owner - same kind of great people (especially Joelle as well as Tina and Wayne and the whole service dept) - same great customer service. More

not impressed- still waiting for my new truck Well let me please start my saying I really really wanted to buy a Dodge Ram Truck- we had been thru the process of looking at all the trucks out on t Well let me please start my saying I really really wanted to buy a Dodge Ram Truck- we had been thru the process of looking at all the trucks out on the market and the RAM for us was going to be the TRUCK We decided to buy our last truck first...lol So yes a lot more money that what I had expected but she will be a beautiful thing when I finally can take her off the lot and put her in the driveway We signed a contract back at the end of April- Dodge was going to be factory built in MEXICO. So I do believe it was processed May 4th? We were told 6-8 weeks it would be possibly ready. Received a phone call from the Fleet Sales Manager Bill M ( whom is still working with us trying to sort the problem out...thank u...:)_ May 23 truck left the factory on a train to arrive in Concord Long story short- we never rec'd it. There was vandalism in the compound of the train yards and our truck was damaged. Chrysler opted not to fix and we were offered a 2017 - sure why not Same price and same financing deal @Zero percent- who could go wrong Catch was we had to WAIT till AUG 15th when they were starting the production of the 2017 So we patiently waited the three months( the new fifth wheel we bought sat in the driveway with nothing to pull her....sighhhhhhhhhhh) Well we got the call the truck arrived - Yes its exciting news. That was last Friday ! 1 week ago. Went to see it and its all that we thought it was going to be We had the insurance papers and all the forms that we were told to have ready for when we wnet to pick up the truck Wait- u cant have it just yet- They have to do the paper work for the financing and it will be done on Monday. Oh okay...sad but I can wait as I have already waited over 5 months whats a few days... NOT---- some where some one I think does not want to help us They have not been able to get the right person to get the finance papers signed to accept the 0% financing!!!!! Seriously you just thought of this - I am at a loss for words at this point - I just want my DODGE RAM TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!! All the original folks that we dealt with for the purchase of the truck are no longer there and I feel like we are just getting pushed around like a mop on a dirty floor with no sign of ever getting help More

Friendly knowledgeable sales staff I went to look at a new dodge caravan and was greeted by 2 knowledgeable and friendly employees that helped the selection process towards a new van. O I went to look at a new dodge caravan and was greeted by 2 knowledgeable and friendly employees that helped the selection process towards a new van. One individual was a Chrysler employee and the other was Armando. Armando was very helpful in helping us find the vehicle with the options we were looking for. After selecting the particular vehicle negotiations went well, moving much quicker than I have experienced in the past. Thanks to Bill for making this happen. After agreeing to the pricing and terms, we agreed to pick up the vehicle a week later (we were going out of town and couldn't come back sooner). On the day we were going to pick it up however the vehicle wasn't ready and I got a call from Chris shortly before we were to pick it up asking for a slightly later pickup time. I had another appointment and therefore needed them to honor the original time. When we picked up the vehicle it wasn't ready but a note was left with service that we will come back to have the leather and paint protection done later....an hour or so needed to do both. The closing details of the sale went quick. Chris was very helpful explaining the different options that we might also want to consider. So the purchase experience was good. I would however have given them 4 stars had it been completely ready when we agreed. Read the next review from me on the follow on apt. With the service department..not impressed at all. More

Stan in sales was so helpful, going out of his way to see that we got everything we wanted in a new van. He was very pleasant and friendly and never made us feel rushed. Bill made sure all things were covered as well. Rami in finance answered all our questions, going over anything we weren't sure of. All those in sales are to be commended for their excellent work. And Madeline and Dan and all the others in service are wonderful people, making a trip to Southbank Dodge a good experience.
