OUtstanding Customer Service Have just purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey from Southbank. Started my search on Southbank's website and was contacted by Joey Elmakdah before I had sign Have just purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey from Southbank. Started my search on Southbank's website and was contacted by Joey Elmakdah before I had signed off. Met him on Monday morning for a test drive and we concluded the deal. Joey was helpful and courteous without being in any way pushy. My Finance contact was Al Alqasem who was very thorough in explaining the various packages to me and, like Joey, was pleasant and courteous without being aggressive, very much appreciated. Finally, Prince Hijazi delivered the vehicle to me and again, a very pleasant and positive experience. Best Buying Experience in Years I usually don't like to negotiate a car at a dealership. There's too much wasted time and it's usually a big hassle. I do my own research and, once I usually don't like to negotiate a car at a dealership. There's too much wasted time and it's usually a big hassle. I do my own research and, once decided on a vehicle, I prefer to use a broker to smooth out the buying process. So, on that day, we walked into the dealership with the intention of just test driving a potential vehicle before making a final decision. We were immediately greeted by Prince who was very professional and friendly. He took us for test drive of a Jeep GC, showed us all of it's features and answered all our questions. Never did I felt presured into buying but I did let them evaluate my current vehicle enven though I intended to sell it privately. To my surprise, the numbers they provided, for both the trade-in and the new vehicle, met my expectatons and we quickly aggred to terms. It couldn't have been more pleasantly surprise by the quick and pain free negotiations. I will glady recommend Southbank to other potental customers and will return there for my maintenance needs. More
