Absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a used vehicle which required no financing. I have left endless messages for Anthony with nothing but broken promises of call being returned to confir used vehicle which required no financing. I have left endless messages for Anthony with nothing but broken promises of call being returned to confirm if my vehicle would be ready for pickup as promised, I still have no idea if I can pick up my vehicle today or not? I had also left message to confirm Tire sizes as I wanted to purchase snow tires with rims for vehicle, in my opinion lost revenue. Dilawri Group of Company should revisit there Customer Experience and Values or train and remind there staff of them!! This experience has given me anxiety. I have been in the service industry for over 40 years, COMMUNICATION, INTEGRITY or core values which made me successfull! I would not recommend purchasing from Anthony! More

Just leased my new ram 1500 here at Vaughan Chrysler and the process was painless and smooth. Moving over to the finance department, I was met with Daina who gave me great advice on how to structure my lease payments to make the most financial sense, as well provide some solid advice for maintenance and future planning for end of lease. I don’t often write reviews so hope this is worth something to someone who is deciding on where to go. I was very happy with experience and I’m recommending Vaughan Chrysler to my friends and family. More

Only at Vaughan Chrysler where you still get charged when your new dodge truck is still under warranty and when you confront them with that they will tell you " who's going to pay for labour then ?" This stealership is a scam , their so called " service advisors " will try every trick in the book to scam you and suck as much money out of as possible . Steer clear of those thieves and save your hard earned money . Their management is well aware of those tactics yet they are just as guilty and in on this as their "service dept." . Chronic crooks chronic thieves take that to the bank . More
