Our car was written off and we needed to find a new vehicle as soon as possible. We called several dealerships and they all wanted us to come in person to their shop to give us any details ( ie, high p vehicle as soon as possible. I contacted Vaughan Chrysler and Jake Aghaian called me and discussed what we were looking for, suggested several vehicle options, totally sold me on a Ram with no pressure. It was exciting and he worked with me through the whole process. Daina Miller took care of the sales details and even saved me a trip to a tech store for my Dash Cam. The next day I met with them in person and the whole feeling in the dealership was an air of friendliness and caring. It is, hands-down, the best car buying experience I have had! Just leased my new ram 1500 here at Vaughan Chrysler and the process was painless and smooth. Moving over to the finance department, I was met with Daina who gave me great advice on how to structure my lease payments to make the most financial sense, as well provide some solid advice for maintenance and future planning for end of lease. I don’t often write reviews so hope this is worth something to someone who is deciding on where to go. I was very happy with experience and I’m recommending Vaughan Chrysler to my friends and family. More

I am writting this review to express my disappointment in dealing with Dmitri at Vaughn Chrysler, I leased a Jeep srt and the process was initially great with the people I dealt with, I purchased the Jeep af dealing with Dmitri at Vaughn Chrysler, I leased a Jeep srt and the process was initially great with the people I dealt with, I purchased the Jeep after about 8 months of having it and had to deal with Dmitri, the lack of customer service was unbelievable, made me deal directly with the leasing company to request the Lien release letter, where even they were a bit surprised as I purchased the vehicle from Vaughn Chrysler. I called several times for clarification and asked if he can send the lien release letter to me and in short he said it wasn’t his problem, it was mine as he did his part by sending the leasing company the cheque. Not impressed! More

Domenic was very helpful in the process of being a first time car owner with no pressure at all. He answered all my questions and concerns with genuine and honest answers making sure I was comfortable with time car owner with no pressure at all. He answered all my questions and concerns with genuine and honest answers making sure I was comfortable with everything prior to moving forward. His approach was completely opposite to another dealership I visited.
