Having bruised credit, and being turned down from other big dealerships, we thought we would never get the car that we want... and then we met Domenic. We were very honest and told him our situation upfront so he knew what he would be dealing with and Domenic said "don't worry about that and let's try to get you into the car that you want" with no hesitation whatsoever. We went in on a Saturday and the atmosphere of the dealership was very inviting. It was bright and clean! We were greeted by a very personable receptionist and then met with Domenic. Our first impression of him.. was not your typical sales person. Domenic is truly genuine, respectful, very down to earth and treated us like family. We then met Daina who was amazing and gave us valuable financial advice and then with Jamie who was just as wonderful!! These ladies worked their magic and went above and beyond to get us approved for the vehicle that we wanted and at a price that we can afford. It was a seamless transaction and I still can't believe that they made this happen for us. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to this dealership because they really know how to provide great customer service with a "'no pressure" environment. My husband and I went in to Vaughan Chrysler looking to trade in our vehicle for a new RAM. We didn't know what to expect as we haven't previously owned a Ram, but Sirous was very knowledgeable and made us trade in our vehicle for a new RAM. We didn't know what to expect as we haven't previously owned a Ram, but Sirous was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. He was very friendly and we felt no pressure at all. When it came time to pick up the vehicle he made the process very easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership. Purchase of Jeep Gran Cherokee I had met and discussed purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Messi a couple of years ago but ending up leasing a truck instead from Chrysler near my I had met and discussed purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Messi a couple of years ago but ending up leasing a truck instead from Chrysler near my hometown. I told Messi back then that I would call him in the future, which I did. Messi and I spoke on the phone and he did remember me from 2 years prior. I live approximately four hours away from Vaughan Chrysler and travelled there to look at a Grand Cherokee that was in stock at Vaughan Chrysler. From our first meeting Messi and I connected and we connected again 2 years later. I did purchase the Grand Cherokee from Messi. While at the dealership I also met Sirous Azimi, who is Messi's manager. I also spoke to Sirous again when I picked up the vehicle. My time at Vaughan Chrysler was enjoyable and Messi made the process seamless and professional. I flew into Toronto airport to pick up my new vehicle and Messi was there to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. I didn't expect that of him but that just shows that he cared and went out of his way to help me. I also spoke to Dana Miller at the dealership who helped with the paperwork to complete my purchase. She was very organized, straight forward and knew her job. If you are going to purchase a vehicle from Vaughan Chrysler see Messi. Both him and the Dealership will go out of their way to make your purchase and enjoyable experience. I certainly recommend this salesperson and Dealer. More
