Worst experience ever we had in buying a used vehicle the truck we bought should never have passed a safety inspection it needed new brakes front and rear plus rotors ,rear and front struts and shocks plus the tuneup number 8 cylinder still have the factory spark plug in it at 226000 kms . And one stabilizer link was broken the transmission went 58 days after buying this vehicle and they only offered to take 500 off the bill if we had to transmission replaced with them which would have been 7100 plus shop materials and fluids the rear shocks leaked and was told they all do this as in leaking when I replaced the rear brakes and rotors I have to use a 3 pound hammer to take the rotors off and the emergency brake hardware was all rusted and will have to be replaced and the valve cover gaskets had to be both replaced same as the rear springs plus I have the bills for everything that had to be done to the truck. It’s very and and disappointing experience and will never shop at Beausejour GM again And word of mouth goes along way

Terrible liars. Rich riuoux will pretend to care about your concerns but once it comes to the pint where you rpive the damage the dealership did to your vehicle he lies and pretends that the damage doesn't exist. He's a xxxxing liar.

DO NOT BUY FROM JOHN PUCHNIAK , JIM CHEWKA, DAN MURRAY,OR STEFAN ZHANEL THEY ALL LIE. through the steeler the sales guy made arranments to have as factory heated seats installed, the installer drilled hales and broke a panel cut the carpet and installed the drivers switch up against the auto start stop switch which is now restricted, ask them to remove all that princess auto/ canadian tire crap and restore the truck to as new condition and they go well it wasnt part of the deal to make it right. BUY SOMEPLACE OTHER THAN MURRAT GRUOP the undercoating was done poorly missed large areas and after it was fresh they put it on a lift which the pads removed the undercoating material, mudflaps that were on the truck were removed and heavy duty ones installed, however they did not give the removed parts back and when asked they just said we through them out. they were not theirs to through out. while installing the box cover the installer left a knob loose that vibrated causing damage to the cover stephan just had a dumbfounded look when he was shown, picture homer simpson. DO NOT LET TODD STUBEL of best mobile electronics touch your vehicle he breaks thing drills holes and hides it.

Repeat repairs - unhappy1

Thankfully had purchased additional warranty, however did not cover total expenses by a long shot. Had transaxle gaskets replaced X2 , Big $ hit, exhaust is exiting where it should not be, told not a concern, Approx 9 grand into repairs into this car in 4 1/2 years. They would not give me a fair price a year and a half ago on a trade. Slow to get suggested repairs.xxxxx. Only 1 good female person in service
