There was a time in the past that we vowed never to support this dealership, but now have had a serious change of heart. All staff were pleasant, professional, helpful, respectful and interested in giving the best service possible. Although the problem with our vehicle was relatively small, the service staff attended to it immediately and followed through until solved. Harley spent a couple of hours with us, and provided a vehicle to test drive and get some lunch. It will be a pleasure to go back, and we would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have to admit the buying experience of my Jeep Compass was horrible. I actually took it back a few days after buying it wanting my old Jeep Liberty back.. of course they wouldn’t do that for me.

If I could leave a zero star I would. As soon as you drive off the lot, you will receive zero help. Experience buying a vehicle and them taking your money is great; after that you’re on your own.
I bought a vehicle that was a new trade in and not yet service or inspected by the shop. I was assured when I would bring in the vehicle for its inspection, everything would be fixed to make it perfect. Long story short, I am now told I am responsible to replace warped routers and breaks for a vehicle that I bought less than 2 months ago. Even though I mentioned to the service department about some signs that the routers were starting to go on that inspection service appointment. I would never have bought the vehicle if I knew about the breaks and routers.
The dealership told me it’s legal to sell a vehicle with 50% breaks; while other dealerships tell me that’s only allowed if the dealership knew from the beginning the state of the breaks (meaning it went through their garage etc. Which it didn’t).
I was also told that my service/oil changes would be free because I am a frontline healthcare worker. They failed to mention that the promotion was ending 2 weeks after I bought the vehicle.
I made two service appointments regarding my concerns, given the run around for two weeks only to be told it’s my driving and my responsibility, and I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be given this treatment if I was male.
This dealership is terrible and unprofessional. They don’t care about the customers, only taking your money. Would not recommend going to Maple Ridge Chrysler; there are many other places that are better! I will not be bringing my Jeep back there for anything.

I should have read the complaints on Google Maps before I purchased the Jeep. There are many recent complaints about manipulation, misrepresentation,
markups and lack of response after the sale.
Marked up new vehicle. It was not disclosed, but hidden within the Window Sticker which I did not receive until I requested it after I arrived home with the new vehicle.
The vehicle was marked up $7,700.00 plus taxes. Then there is the $895.00 Document fee as well. No other dealer has hidden markups like this!
I emailed the finance manager a few times, but he has ignored me with no response.
The salesman was a fast talking vague manipulator. I asked the salesman what their fees were and he said just a Document fee.
The salesman was very vague with the numbers on my trade and the numbers he gave me did not add up.
The salesman said that the new Jeep was fully loaded, but it is not.
Once this dealership gets the sale, they ignore you!
I want to return the vehicle and cancel the sale, but no response.

This is to remind everyone please don’t buy extended warranty from this private insurance company People’s Choice. The salesperson here AJ kept pressuring me to buy the extended warranty but when my car broke down the insurance does not cover to fix it. I called the general manager Justin Gebera and left him messages & email and they ignored all my calls & messages even at the beginning he promised to refund my extended warranty insurance premiums. But 10 minutes later he turned around and did not keep his promises to me. Their prices to fix my car is double what it would be if I took it to another mechanic. Please stay away from this dealership and don’t buy their extended warranty cause it really doesn’t cover to fix anything, it’s pretty useless. The service here especially front desk was also very rude & kept raising their voice at me. Highly not recommend!

this dealership has got to have some of the worst time management in their service department that I have ever dealt with. their scheduling of appointments is horrendous. for most people, we don’t have the luxury of having the whole day off work to get our vehicle serviced and we book appointments accordingly; however, this dealership does not schedule accordingly or get vehicles in on time, consequently screwing up customers days and leaving them without a vehicle for an extended, unexpected amount of time. completely dissatisfied with my experiences here as this happens often and they seem to have no respect for others time. the standards of appointment times being met and customers being without their vehicle with the least amount of time possible is not met here. so if you have all day to wait around, then this is the place to go!

Performed an oil change on a Charger. Failed to tighten the oil filter resulting in the oil filter falling completely off, losing most of the oil in the engine and causing a catastrophic engine failure. Not only that, they say "oil filters fall off" and accept no responsibility despite the vehicle only traveling 10kms from the dealership directly after picking it up from the service department.
Stay away, they are not accountable for any of there actions. just out to get all your money and offer nothing in return when they blow up an engine.

I am a nurse with a busy schedule. I made an appointment for 1100 hours for scanning of the car engine which I know takes a few minutes. I had planned to return to work within an hour.
A receptionist called me 2 hours prior to appointment time to ensure I am not late.
But when I arrived there, the price for scanning was higher than the one quoted over the phone. Worse still, I was advised to ‘leave the car here, pick up at 4 PM for a job that takes 10 minutes or less.The excuse given was ‘not enough technicians’. I requested for a courtesy car in the meantime but it was refused.

I was never provided a written detailed quote prior to the repairs which cost $7000. and didn't solver the problem we ended up having to pay for a new engine at another dealer on top of the $7000 repairs that were done at this service dept. When i asked the manager why they didn't offer to replace the engine they said they wouldn't lake any money do that!! We are being forced to take legal action. Sales guys are great service dept is brutal.

Daughter bought 2018 got sold a service plan. 1st oil service told her she needed engine fluid $200.00 ripped her off as she had just bought it 4 months before and it had been done. She is on disability. 2nd service. Terrible customer service. Told it would take 2hours. They knew I was walking and waiting. Came back they had not even started. No phone call. Nothing. I am a senior citizen and made plans around this time frame. No consideration at all.

just a really negative experience while trying to get a service done took 6 hrs to change the oil and check the belts and hoses but still didn't get what I wanted done and they ticked off things on their check list as okay but weren't working , and never offered me a courtesy ride anywhere as I live in a different town and was basically stuck in Duncan , I'll vote with my wallet and never go back.

For more accurate reviews check Google. Nobody's perfect but this company makes every effort to take care of their customers. And, when ever there have been any issues the manager has always made himself available to the customers to discuss their concerns. As a business owner I am also aware that review companies like this quite often charge the owners of the businesses to sign up with them so the business can reach out to the people who have had concerns. They essentially hold the company hostage for fees. Google is free, make sure you check the Google review site before taking these smaller companies at the word of the reviewers.

Worst service experience I've ever had at a dealership!!! What good is warranty if it takes two weeks before they can even look at your vehicle. Then charge you to fix nothing! I ended up driving the truck to the next city over an hour away to get it fixed within a couple days! Unfortunately they are the only RAM dealership in Dawson Creek and it shows. Completely turned me off Dodge products unless I move. As if I would ever buy anything from them knowing I would be stuck dealing with them for another three years!
