Unreliable, condescending, mis treating, unable to honour a working relationship with the customer. Very unprofessional and attempted to take advantage of a young family trying to make a purchase so honour a working relationship with the customer. Quoted a final price and then listed the same vehicle on line at $4000 less than “their best price”. The family went back to purchase it at the new “listed price “. Made an appointment to make the purchase and the dealership accepted another offer from another buyer knowing the young family were on there way down to purchase the vehicle. Not to mention Duncan Dodge’s finance manager who mistreated and made fun of the family while they were trying their best to make a purchase that they could afford. As well they made no offer to suggest the young family should put a deposit down on the vehicle. No way to do business in a small connected community like the Cowichan Valley. More

Not willing to help when it's needed. Bought a Van (promaster) from them. It's brand new and needs constantly more repairs than my old Ford van I had before. Bowmel Chrysler is not willing to accommodate my needs, or fix it temporarily until my appointment is due, so that I can at least use the vehicle. I feel that I'm not in good hands. More
