Service department just incompetent. They don’t know how to deal with Jeeps. One time they didn’t tied my tire after rotation. I brought my Caravan 2019 to the dealership on Thursday. I asked the CS if her tech can fold down my middle seats, so I can use my van to go camping. Then she said, if her tech removes the seat, she will charge me. I didnt modify the seat. The seat can't work the way its supposed to. And she wants to charge the customer. Customer service Not up to scratch! More
