From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Teresa was responsive, and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself but in walking me through the entire process. She is the best! She is amazing and makes the process smooth. She goes above and beyond for her customers and tries to help as much as possible. She promptly answered every question and sent pictures and videos. I was pleased to hear about a couple of other friends who had positive experiences buying from her as well. I am definitely coming back here again next time I am in the market. Thanks Mother Teresa! You are an exceptional woman and Harris should be honoured to have such a genuine and passionate person working with them. Vala Taremi, Finance Manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my finance questions. Every step of the process was explained clearly and pleasantly. Thank you Vala and Teresa! More
Scammers! I wish I had looked at the reviews before taking my car here - unfortunately the very charismatic and “motherly” salesperson took complete advantage I wish I had looked at the reviews before taking my car here - unfortunately the very charismatic and “motherly” salesperson took complete advantage of me. Told me my car was worth $3,500 max because she saw I was in a desperate situation. I told her that I have two children and am in dire straights to pay my rent and bills this month. Boy was that a mistake. The next day I saw my car listed for $14,998. It is an awesome car and I really needed it but I guess I needed a home for my kids even more. What they gave me barely covers one month’s rent in Victoria. But as I said, I was desperate. Disgusting how they pretend to display real human interaction when really they do not give a “hoot” about you whatsoever. Shame on you and I hope karma returns to you the same type of empathy you have shown me if you should ever fall on hard times. Absolutely despicable. More
Absolute worst experience ever. My dodge ram with 68kms on it blew a transmission. They took 17 months to return it to me fixed. Refused to add the 17 months of passed warranty wh My dodge ram with 68kms on it blew a transmission. They took 17 months to return it to me fixed. Refused to add the 17 months of passed warranty while it sat at their shop. Service manager made a deal to do free service on another dodge product of mine, he no longer works there after 6 months and the new guy says he won’t honor our deal. Do not trust this company or the vehicles it stocks. Dodge is a joke. More
BUYER BEWARE OF DODGE HARRIS - SCAMMERS - the dealership just backed out of our purchase sale agreement. This is after it was signed with a deposit made, and I left because the vehicle was still in the shop just backed out of our purchase sale agreement. This is after it was signed with a deposit made, and I left because the vehicle was still in the shop waiting for a part, for repair work identified in the inspection report. The next day I got a phone call and they wanted $1400 more, due to "unexpected costs" - all these costs they already knew while I was there and before I signed. On the invoice were charges for an oil change at $215, windshield wipers at $167, and other trumped up charges. I said i'm not paying that. They avoided me for a couple of days and then I got a call from Alex who said they are backing out. I said that's illegal. He basically said, "then sue us". His exact quote was, "Well do with that what you like then". Most likely they sold it to somebody else while it was under contract with me. Completely illegal. More
Friend's young daughter brought her car in for a specific complaint to be diagnosed between two different possibilities causing it. Was unethically persuaded to sign for a "peace of mind" inspection while ta complaint to be diagnosed between two different possibilities causing it. Was unethically persuaded to sign for a "peace of mind" inspection while talking to the service writer who failed to write down the very reason she brought the vehicle in. Was presented with a bill for almost $400 without the problem ever having been diagnosed, but a ridiculous list of "safety" issues that needed to be rectified for over $9,000. One of them was to replace all four tires while the front tires had been replaced only a few months before and were visibly in perfect new condition still. Upon calling to ask why the problem wasn't diagnosed, was given ridiculous excuses, but after over a ten minute call it was obvious that the service writer made a mistake, however no offer to compensate or make it right was offered. I found this company to be highly unethical, and worse, when it became obvious they were at fault, they felt no need to make amends. I would avoid at all costs and seek out a family run business that isn't inclined to rip off their clients. More
They did a complete brake job on my van. Almost two years later my brakes started to act up and they told me I needed a complete brake job. I said they'd done one less then two years ago and Almost two years later my brakes started to act up and they told me I needed a complete brake job. I said they'd done one less then two years ago and that, surely, a brake job should last more then two years given that the original brakes lasted a lot longer. The guy actually said " I'll make sure they use quality parts this time". Rip off artists. Don't go there for any work. More
My experience with my 2020 Jeep sounds very similar to that of Mr. Unhappy. Auxiliary battery was "under warranty" but not in stock for over a year. When they called me to bring my Jeep in for an oil ch that of Mr. Unhappy. Auxiliary battery was "under warranty" but not in stock for over a year. When they called me to bring my Jeep in for an oil change, I asked about the battery and was then told it was in stock. When I picked the vehicle up after paying for the oil change, the "new" auxiliary battery still didn't work. I had to bring it back a week or two later for repair.....again. The service department tried to charge me $90 to charge the battery. When I told him it was supposed to be under warranty and the dealership needed to absorb that, I was told I should take my business elsewhere in future. Of course that's exactly what I'll do.....after confronting him, his manager, and the GM of the dealership for the way in which they treat their loyal customers. Will never deal with them again. More
Needed a replacement battery for a 2020 Jeep, due to covid it took them well over a year to get the item in stock. Got a call from a sales lady saying I'm over due for a 16k peace of mind check, So I bo covid it took them well over a year to get the item in stock. Got a call from a sales lady saying I'm over due for a 16k peace of mind check, So I booked an appointment, I told the lady about the battery and then she told me they have them in stock and I could get it replaced under warranty. Done I am finally getting the battery installed. Show up on time on the date and time they gave me, Some dude in the engine bay told me sorry the battery is not in stock, He also told me it was 1 day over the warranty so they might not cover the cost for the replacement battery, He needed to talk to someone about it. So he took off inside, and was gone for a while, So I decided to go in and see where he took off too. I found him at the parts desk looking through a magazine and and shooting the #&@# with the service parts guy, I said hello to him and he directed me back to the service bay and told me he will be out shortly. I stopped on the way out and talked to a nice lady who told me that they should cover the battery, I went back to the back and he came back and told me i have bad news and good news for me, I was like ok what's the bad news and he told me they don't have the battery in stock, next bad news is that we need to reschedule your appointment as 2 guys called in sick, then told me that they would honor the warranty but I was lucky as it was 1 day out of warranty. What a joke! Skip ahead a week and a half as that was the earliest they could fit me in, I told them the vehicle all ready had an oil change in-between the time I was supposed to bring it in and it still have 26% on the oil meter. I was told it needed and so I just agreed but the good thing is the battery was getting installed. 4.5 hours later and a $220 dollar bill for a oil change I left with the mind set that I just got hosed by these shameless jerks willing to take advantage of anyone they could. An oil change at Jiffy lube takes 15 min and costs $120 all in. I get it they installed the battery but they gave me no updates on anything through out the entire process. The only real service I got is when they man told me I have to pay. Just like that they lost a customer and with their poor customer service and shady practices I will never darken their door again. The only reason I went to them in the first place is they are like 2 blocks from my house and it was totally coinvent, But now that I debt with them I would soon drive 200km to get a oil change from anyone else but them. Fool me once! More

Warning- Be aware of shady salesman! I wish I could write 0 zeros for this dealership. Ive worked with many dealerships and this is by far the worst customer service/business ive ever I wish I could write 0 zeros for this dealership. Ive worked with many dealerships and this is by far the worst customer service/business ive ever experienced. I hope you got time for a read. We bought a jeep back in June 2022. Our first negative experience was that our spare time as already used and had a plug in it. We reached out many times and never received a new one. The second time, we received an oil change that was quoted for 2-3 hours. They had our vehicle for TEN hours. Leaving my partner and I to miss a full day of work. Every time we call to speak to someone, we have to follow up many times to get a call back or arent even followed up with until the next day. The current situation is absolute xxxxxxxx. Our contract states “ You have the right to cancel any optional products or services of a continuing nature that you have agreed to obtain under this Contract, if any, by providing the service provider with 30 days prior written notice of your intent to cancel or such shorter period as provided in your contract for the optional products or services. If you choose to cancel any such optional products or services, you are entitled to a refund of any amount you have already paid for charges relating to any portion of this optional product or service that has not been provided.” We spent almost 9k on insurance that we have decided we wont need. Harris is denying to comply with this clause. They are claiming it needs to be canceled within 60 days of purchase. I understand that this is common for many dealerships. However, no where does our contract state this. We did not sign anything that stated it must be within 60 days. In fact, as mentioned, our contract contradicts that statement. Harris has a legal duty to disclose such information. Secondly, that clause should be in our contract, but it isnt. As you can see, Alex sent us an email with a screenshot of a small snippet in the supposed contract. You can see in ours, it does NOT state that. In addition, you can see clause k. We have called numerous times and emailed the director, Alex Tiginagas, and did not receive call backs. They will not provide us the original paper copy to prove we signed anything that states it must be canceled within 60 days. Instead, they provided us an electronic falsified contract which is completely different than the copy we have. The clauses and terms are different. The contract they sent us also has pages that are not even in our contract. They have not followed up with us after providing all of this information and have shown zero proof we signed a contract stating anything of this. Save yourself the hassle and shop for your car at another dealership. The management doesnt not care about you as the consumer and are only there to squeeze every penny out of you. On top of this the customer service is by far the worst in Canada More
