I am relatively new to Nanaimo and found the Nanaimo Mercedes dealership to offer outstanding service and customer support.I had purchased a Smart Car last year and went back to buy a new GL this year. They special-ordered a 2020 GLE for me and delivered it as promised. On delivery, they spent an inordinate amount of time going through the features of this amazing vehicle and promised unlimited follow up support. I appreciated Peter's special effort to find the car that I wanted and to put together an attractive deal for me. It is always a pleasant experience to visit the showroom and chat with the staff.

I used to take my Mercedes E430 to this dealership all the time for service. Today I phoned for an appointment because my car is making a horrible noise under the hood and it smells like something is burning. I called the service line and spoke with a lady that is obviously not even at the dealership. She is answering the phone from a call center offsite. Anyway, she said I could drive the car over and leave it and they would look at it "within 2 business days." I asked her about a rental car and she told me they didn't have any left today, "but if they did they would be $60 a day." I asked her to transfer me through to a service adviser and she told me to hold the line. Then the line went dead! I guess when Mercedes Benz sold the dealerships, the new management didn't learn about customer service. I am taking my car elsewhere.

This dealership doesn’t care about their customers. They don’t provide the service, care or attention that would warrant any reason for anyone to give them your hard earned money. Their team does not provide any form of customer service, their manager hides behind his desk and for the amount they do charge, it’s laughable to even fathom how little you receive for what you pay for. Premium, luxury brand should cost more but it also means that this dealership should also provide at least a bit of professionalism and service.
